Unban Appeal for Adam JohnsonLTD

Reason given for your ban: C2.3
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I'm not fully sure on the situation, i am new to the GTA V Server i only started playing on monday i think. I've been driving taxi's and trucks trying to make some money. I do recall that yesterday technically wednesday morning around 2am. I was driving my taxi around and just dropped off a client when some 4x4 massive Car ram's me off the road and knocks me out. Then my eyes's come back and this guy with a baseball bat tells me to get out of the car. As i struggle to do so (Forgot how to take seatbelt off). I get out and they start hitting me so i attempt to run. They knock me out. Then rob my phone and drove off. My character was dead i think because my screen went black and couldn't see any respawn or medic option. So i logged off and came back as my other character. Since i assumed they Perma Killed my character. Since it's just a black screen when i log on to him and say's dead as condition of character. That is the only situation i could think off, where this rule may be applicable.
Why should we unban you ?: As i stated above i'm quite confused on the ban, i'm unsure of the situation but if it is refering to this sit. I would ask for some leanency as i was unaware that i had combat logged i just assumed my character had died i didn't think i was still in combat. I'm sorry if it was so. My intention was not that. I have been enjoying my time on this server and i have been roleplaying all the time and not trying to make this server into a deathmatch like others are. I'm also confused as to why it was a perma ban. I have never broken any rules before. This is my first offence and i would not break a rule twice. Especially not the same one. I'm really sorry if you believe me to be a Minge or rule breaker. But i have actually really enjoyed my time on this server. Also if it was not that situation but something else i would ask you view this request to both. As i would love the oppurtunity to play on this great server again and i would never break a rule again. Thank you for reading my UnBan request, i'm sorry that i have taken the time of staff to read my unban and go through this process. I promise to the staff on this server and to the community. I will never make this mistake again.
