Why do you think you were banned: I received a ban due to a combination of reasons. Initially, my ban was imposed around eighteen months ago for lying to the staff and participating in metagaming, both of which violate the rules. Upon realizing my errors, I chose to appeal the ban and offered an apology to make things right. However, during the evaluation of my appeal, members of staff found out that I was under 18, which is disallowed. This further complicated my situation and resulted in the extension of my ban.
Why should we unban you: I think I should be allowed back because I have not been banned for a long time, and I have become wiser and more responsible. When I was banned a year and a half ago I was still a minor and I made some mistakes, for example, I lied to the staff and I was metagaming. In this case, I lacked the perspective of how my actions impacted the community and the consequences of my actions. Looking back at my actions, I can see that they were childish and wrong to all the people involved. In the past year and a half, I have also gained knowledge about truthfulness, compliance with the norms, and respect for people. I am now 18 years old, which makes me eligible for the platform as per the age criteria mentioned above. Most importantly, I have gained a better perception of the community and the roles that are expected of everyone in the community. I would like to apologize for my past actions and the problems that arose from it. I promise to be more careful when it comes to posting in the community and I will ensure that I do not post anything that is against the rules if I am given another chance. I desire to demonstrate that I am capable of being a responsible and reliable member of society. I hope my appeal will be considered and that the decision will be made in my favour.
