Reason given for your ban: metagaming

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I got a warming for metagaming as i am new to the server and didnt fully remember the rules from a month ago,When the server reset i spawned underground and dead so i started asking a admin for help 3 hours later i was banned.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe that you should unban me because i am fairly new to the server and i have a clean record,I fully understood the warning that i got before but i didnt realise that asking a admin for help while stuck underground and dead for help would of had been considered as metagaming.If i was banned for that reason ofc,but as i got the ban 3 hours later i dont understand why i got the ban.Honestly i am ok with the ban as it taught me how strict these server really are but i would really like an explination for my ban. Thank you.

I suggest if you are dead and down you cannot ask for help other than in game to people around you. If you are underground then you should ask admins for a teleport back up to ground so then people can help you.
