Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for use of metagaming and RDM.
Why should we unban you: Good morning, Good evening or Goodnight and thanks to whoever takes my appeal.

Starting this off I'd like to say this is my third and hopefully last appeal ill be making.
I have been banned for the use of metagaming and RDM.

I have stated in my other appeals that I have not metagamed and I would like to continue with the fact that I haven't. As many times as I get asked I will always provide with the same answer that I have not metagamed. I know how ridiculous it looks from your perspective on me metagaming which i see myself but in all honesty there was no metagaming used in my time playing in the server ever.

The scenario started out with me loading in and spawning at the casino. I then proceeded to walk into the casino as I wanted to see if there was anyone in there which then lead me to the area where a roleplay scenario was going on with my friends and a different group of people. This scenario then led to a fist fight which I personally involved myself in by punching someone. I then retreat and take my phone out to check tweedle or if there are any new messages. This resulted to me seeing a message from the court that my vehicles have been scrapped which then lead me to leave the casino and make my way over to the police station to get answers and see if I can get my vehicles back. As I leave the casino I start running to the road to steal a locals vehicle and as I'm running the guy I punched was waiting outside and he had a pistol which I had no knowledge of since I couldn't see it . This then lead me to punching him again and then he incapacitated me using the gun. I then got brought back to the casino by the barn where the guy then talked to me.

As much of how this looks and sounds like I metagamed I promise I didn't.
The metagaming rule was broken when I first loaded in and entered the casino and involved myself in the scenario where my friends from the chippeones were.

The RDM took place when I punched the guy when I had no place in the scenario. To the reason why I punched him I sat and thought for a while to try and remember what I was thinking during the scenario which leads me to say I am not 100% sure to why but I think it was just me not thinking and wanting to get involved and be a part of the roleplay going on.
I know how stupid this idea of mine was and I apologise and hope I don't bring myself back into another scene like this if I come back to the city.

I would also like to mention that I was under the influence during this whole scenario. Which is another reason to why I punched the guy due to me not having a sober mind and thinking about the results that it would lead to.

Hey, I hope all is well thank you for replying!

When I loaded in I had no knowledge that my mates were taking part in the ongoing scenario, including the fact that I have been under the influence the entire time and my mind wasn't thinking straight.

If I were to be brought up into a situation like this I would firstly not include myself into the ongoing scenario and just mind my own business.
I would also not join the city while drunk which would definitely prevent me from making dumb decisions and help me from coming back to the forums.

Hello sorry for the late response,

I'd like to begin with during the time this occurred I have had a slight drinking problem which has stopped, I have only been drinking on special occasions such as birthdays and next time will probably be on Halloween but I won't be in the country at that time.
I can assure you me joining the city under the influence will not occur again.

If you get banned again within the next 6 months, then you'd fall back on a permanent ban as per our FBS.
So, spent these 6 months to prove you're here to stay and provide good RP.
