Ban Reason: C2.3
Why do you think you were banned: I believe after i was killed i waited 10 minutes and left the game which was classed as combat logging
Why should we unban you: i didnt realise it was classed as combat logging and ive never broke other rules i wouldn't leave again i just thought it was safe to leave as nobody was around, this was the main server i played and just took a break from the server and came back to being banned

You left the server despite waiting 10-15 minutes, why didn't you respawn?
 
i didnt have the time i was waiting for a ems responder i had to go out i really do apologise but i couldn't wait any longer
 
You waited long enough for the respawn timer to appear, though. Even if it hadn't, it'd have been another 30 seconds at most, so this doesn't really track.

it said 15 minutes i had waited 10 and thats all i was able to wait i had been helped by a ems responder the same day and i was hoping that he would've been able to help me again but i wasnt able to wait any longer i had to leave my house so i left the server not knowing it would count as a combat log
 
The reason I'm asking the questions is because I'm not quite sure you grasp the combat logging rule.

Tell me, what would the ideal outcome have been in that situation if you wanted to log off, but there were no NHS available?

if i was able to stay for longer i would've just respawned and left the game but i didnt have the time irl to wait that long like i said im sorry and i wouldnt do it again this was the main server i played
 
Locked for 3 days for bumping
 
@_knoxxsy If you cannot follow the simple unban appeal guidelines that can be found in our Wiki how can we be sure you will even follow the server rules moving forth if we decide to let you back?

Now there isn't much to go off below so I'd suggest making a bit more of an effect as in all honesty I'm left scratching my head.

Looking at the appeal overall it's almost we are trying to pull at straws with some responses, I have an example here.

So we are now in the realm of what's actually true, You claim you had to go, Yet in another breath say it's due to a technical issue? So what is it?

In this did you even try and reach out to staff? If not why?

Hi sorry about the confusion I should’ve stated that the technical issues were due to the linking accounts but at the time I did have to go and could not wait any longer and once again I apologise for the bumping that was my mistake

before leaving the server i had tried to contact an ems responder as id been helped by one the same day and i didn't think i was allowed to contact staff after being killed so then i thought i would be okay to leave the server and join back another time and wait my 15 minute timer if i had been able to wait the extra 5 minutes that day i would have but sadly i was not able to
 
Hello there @_knoxxsy , I hope you are well.

Now here is the issue - You were incapacitated at 03:06:19 and disconnected at 03:22:29. That is 16 minutes and 10 seconds, meaning that the option to bleed out would have been there already and all you needed to do is press and hold "E" for a couple seconds. You could have logged out straight after...

Frankly, the lack of effort here is one thing but it also doesn´t make any sense.

Try again after 10/12/2024 with some more effort.
