In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to being downed from a shootout at pillbox where I was then revived in pillbox and got into another shootout shortly after.

Why should we unban you ?: At first, I did not think I had broken any rule as I was tased and cuffed before the shooting. However, after I chatted with Hank in QE he explained to me why the rule had been broken, this was due to it being the same situation that I had been downed in.

Initially, I had managed to talk my way out of handcuffs and then someone began to search me. Having managed to escape their custody and then the officer began initiating a 'hostile' interaction again to put me in handcuffs. I believed this constituted someone else initiating the scenario that unfolded.

After I chatted with Hank I fully understand why I was banned. I can confidently say that if I were unbanned, I would not find myself in this situation again. I know why this rule is in place and that is because after having been shot multiple times, even after receiving medical care, you cannot just get up and start rolling around shooting as that makes no sense.

I have been on the server for 2 years and have been enjoying it very much recently and I am annoyed at myself for allowing this to happen. I can only apologise for what I have done and assure you that I will be taking the right steps to make sure I do not break this rule again and after my chat with Hanks I am very confident about it not happening again.

I hope you had a lovely Christmas and new years

After looking at your ban notes and seeing the situation, this is not something I would expect to see from someone who has been here for 2 years. 

After being banned for a very similar offence back in September, surely you would have learnt and understood this rule? 

Can you please tell me why I should continue with this appeal with these two facts in mind?

Hi @Jessie Bennett Thank you for the reply, 

I had a wonderful Christmas and New Years, Hope you did as well. 

First of all I fully understand where I have gone wrong with this situation and I understand that the actions I took ruined the RP for everyone involved. Normally I try and make sure the RP involved within is fair for everyone and I take into consideration all parties and what I can do can affect all people in the scene.

Obviously this doesn't look good as I have been banned for a very similar rule break only a matter of months ago, after my first ban I understood where I had to gone wrong and the severity of my mistake, however with this ban I was carried away with the RP that had been taking place beforehand and had a lapse of judgment on my part. And like I said in my first reply at first I didn't realise I had broken a rule but after my talk with Hank I fully understand where I have gone wrong and want to strive to improve and make sure if unbanned I do not make the same mistake again. 

As you stated I have been here for 2 years and with this situation here it doesn't look good but I can assure you that what happened here was one a one off mistake. I always make sure to keep my RP to a high quality standard at all times ensuring that everyone's RP who I am involved with is enjoyable at all times. 

If I was giving a chance to return to the server;

- I would carry on providing quality RP even when the situation isn't going my way, whether that be getting kidnapped by another gang, arrested by police etc for example I understand that if a police officer arrives to an incident that has been going on for  30 minutes for me, I know that his RP has only just started and I still have to provide the highest quality of RP.

- When I am involved in a situation where I have been downed I take pride that I act out my Injuries to the best of my ability.

I'm glad to hear that.

I'm going to keep this short and simple, It's not a lack of effort I want to be straight to the point and really direct with what I am trying to get across.

If I was to be put in that situation again under no circumstances would I try anything If I had been resuscitated less than 15 minutes to ensure that no rule is broken.

Yes this is my 7th ban which doesn't look good no and I would completely understand if this was my last chance given by staff as there is only so many chances one can be given however I am really dedicated in showing Staff that I can be a valuable member to this community and always learn from my mistakes.

Your attitude in the chat with Hank and in this appeal has not gone unnoticed. I am happy to unban you today and I hope it does not get thrown back in my face, this will be a "golden opportunity"  (as they say) As you agree, 7 bans do not look good and I hope this is the last time you are here. 

Any bans you get in the next 6 months will lead you back here AND before you can appeal you will also have a 1 month cool down.
