In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because I kept ramming people since they kept messing with me and chasing me around, thus resulting in a ban due to RVDM.
Why should we unban you ?: I should get unbanned because I'm new to the server so I hadn't have time to adapt around since there is so much more players that I'm used to, making it easier to create conflicts. So I was walking down by the car area where this blue gang owns. I got into my car immediately, but they started to ram me, making my car harder to drive than it already is. They left me alone so I tried to go to the pd to report them, then you see where I ran them over. I can explain this, I live in America so I get unstable ping 200-400, when I was making the corner my game teleported me 2 secs later, they were right infront of me so I didn't have time to stop. I did flee the scene because I got scared which I take full accountability of, I should have roleplayed the situation out instead if fleeing. I then left the server after a couple hours of trying to get used to the city because I was frustrated with my ping, so I wanted to wait until the next day to play to see if my ping would get better. And now I know I am banned for RVDM. I really like this server due to the large amount of players in the city which means there are more things to do around the city. I promise if I return to the city I would play rightfully to the rules as to roleplay situations like these out without breaking any rules, and to be more cautious when I am driving because of my ping.
