In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Was stood at townhall about to log for the night, gang of about 5 people came over started robbing us. Was complying dropping everything they requested. It got a bit hectic they shot me and a friend, i got put in a boot of a car and drove somewhere. It was late, the people had gone and I just turned my PC off thinking i will deal with the dying issue tomorrow.

Why should we unban you ?:  I completely own up to the mistake on my end, I was just didn't think about it due to the time of night so shut down my PC as I had been left in a car somewhere where no one knew my location thinking I could just log in and deal with the death today on it which obviously isn't the case. In future this wouldn't happen again in any given scenario.

You've been a member of this community since May 2021.
For the amount of time you've been around, you would know by now how the combat logging rule reads & the steps you can take if you need to log out during a situation... So why would you go ahead and break it with such ease?

I'm aware of the rules completely, like mentioned above it was just an error on my end due to the time of night where after I was left wherever I was left after the situation arose. I thought the whole conflict was resolved as the people doing so had gone and left me so logged off and thought I could deal with the whole death issue the day after which isn't the case.

I understand this may have been an "error", but I'm still struggling to understand why?
If you know and understand these rules, why would it suddenly be okay for you to log off and deal with your death the next day?

Is it going to be a frequent thing that you have "errors" and forget how the rules work?

It was just a lack of thinking at the time, it was late in the morning I was about 5 seconds from logging, then went through the process of getting robbed instead. It ended up getting to the point where the whole ordeal was ongoing for a good 30 minutes, the situation ended and after it happened I just logged. 

This wouldn't be a frequent thing. I'm fully aware of the issue that has occurred and would make sure it wont happen going forward

I appreciate that real life comes first, and if you needed to sleep then you needed to sleep.
If anyone needs to disconnect throughout an active scenario we ask for them to follow some steps to make us aware, please could you tell me what those steps are and why you did not do them?

The step usually to take if needing to log off in a scenario would be to open a ticket on the discord and make someone aware as to why I had log mid scenario. 

The main reason I didn't manage to do so was mostly due to the time of night to be getting off as the scenario went on for a lot longer than expected.

I understand the time of night however it takes less than 2 minutes to open a Discord ticket and make us ware of said situation.
What about the next day? You'd have had an entire 24 hours to open this and make us aware.

The reason I didn't put a ticket in straight after the incident was due to wanting to get to sleep asap, the following full day I was in work by time I'd eventually got home from work the ban had already been put in effect,  which I didn't put a discord ticket in but opened an appeal request to try explain the situation. I completely understand this was the wrong way to go about it and should have opened a ticket to make someone aware of the situation and apologise for not doing so

Please sharpen yourself up on the rules, and I hope you return with some positive roleplay!
