[SIZE=12pt]Hello, Today I purchased the game ARMA 3 in order to play with my friend that showed me it and I really liked it. He is playing on your servers and when I tried to join I have received a message "BattleEye: Ban for GrimDemon[/SIZE][SIZE=12pt]= Racism" This is weird as I just purchased the game few hours ago (if necessary I could show proof of purchase for the game from my email).[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]I do not know if it is [/SIZE]important[SIZE=12pt] but. By friend is suing GrimDemon in game and as his steam name, and he is the one that showed me the game via my PC when he came with a visit. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Can it be that, since he have download his ARMA 3 profile to my PC, to show me the game, the[/SIZE][SIZE=12pt] ban that he [/SIZE]received[SIZE=12pt] got somehow connected with my account and so I have been [/SIZE]banned[SIZE=12pt] as well?[/SIZE]

We need your player ID or GUID to continue. You both have the same IP. You even posted from it.

 
Yes sir. I have asked him to come and see what's was going on. When he came, I ask him to make a post for himself (from my PC) so that when he gets unban I could play as well. Regarding the GUIDE number, how do I get it? I tried using the tool but for some reason I am unable to enter anything in the textbox. Is it something I can copy from the game or the game files?

 
Get your player ID from the char selection screen in game and put it in there.

Sir, I came home now from University now. As instructed I am copying the Player ID from the Character Selection.

The ID that is showing for me is: 76561198065192909

You have never played on our server with any of the information you have provided. It must be an IP ban. We will have to await for your friend to be unbanned.

Well looks like I will be having a "friendly" (using slaps and fists :p ) talk with him....

We do not ban via IP anymore (a few weeks ago)... unable to find GUID f7d9b1acc43adc914510d65252e9f405 on the bans list so you should be able to enter the server fine if thats your correct steam id and GUID
