Unable to put bullets into gun

I recently got a combat pistol it was very low on ammo when i tried using pistol ammo on it, it used the ammo but no bullets went into the gun tried twice was meant to be 30 each

Prolly a cop pistol, they are fucked so we cant put bullets in them
