Just bought one of the new apartments which has 1 room, 1 bathroom by the auto exotics mechanic shop on meteor street/ Spanish ave. Then when i tried to place furniture in there it wouldn't let me and said furniture needs to placed inside the house. I even tried placing something small in the middle of the room and nothing...
