Un-buyable stone houses!

OK been wandering around looking for houses... found some of these small stone houses but windows key does nothing. They are unlocked but I cannot buy them, I found 2 of the same next to each other, one was owned and locked the other open... tried to buy but nothing comes up not even the windows key menu with 'close' on it.

it's probably a crackhouse, make sure you was checked the roof
