Racist Remarks
Not entirely sure what I have been banned for as I didn't see the message myself. I've been told it was an RDM/Sidechat related ban. It would be great if it could be elaborated on so I know what I'm defending.

The way the cops seen it... (Please note they do not see sidechat) they were at the bank job roleplaying in negotiation with the people doing the bank job and they got shot from the hill which is RDM

 
Okay, well this guy (the bank robber) in side chat even thanked me and offered me gold after they were killed. Had I known they had some decent role play I wouldn't have intervened but he said it was his first time doing a bank job and welcomed the idea of me killing cops.

 
I understand that I've used side chat for RP purposes which of course was wrong of me, but other than that I don't feel it was RDM as we have just ambushed a bank job with the intention of getting gold. No different to the hundreds of times it has been done before to both me and other gangs.

 
I cannot see them asking for help

Read the log... no intention of getting gold PLF were bored and have turned up out of the blue and helped some random people who have not asked for your help

In a cop perspective they are there at the bank job talking to the people robbing the bank and just get shot from the hill with no RP from PLF who have nothing to do with the bank job.

Do you get why you were banned ?

 
I turned up to the bank with every single intention of getting gold. The side chat conversation was a mistake, and did not affect my decision in what I did. Donald Malarkey turned up with a Zamak and I begun shooting at the police ready for us to move in and take the gold. As far as I have been concerned that is not a bannable offence and has been done to PLF previously by other gangs including UNMC, GC, AC, etc etc. They turn up, with no roleplay, and begin shooting both the robbers themselves and the police. This has never been shown as a bannable offence and nobody has been reprimanded for doing it. I followed that exact plan, turn up, shoot cops and start stealing gold. I have since been informed that the rules have changed concerning that, which is something I have not been made aware of. So I apologise to all involved. 

As far as the side chat is concerned this was a big mistake, and a novice one to make by myself. I understand completely that it was the wrong thing to do, and to use in a roleplay perspective. It was impulsive and merely an offhand comment back to the guy when he mentioned it was his first time. I still had every intention to kill the guy at the first opportunity and steal his gold, which might be a dick move but is not wrong in roleplay.

Request: To be honest, need to remove bank job notification from those not involved... i.e.. CIVS....

I'm sure you intended to get gold... but your primary announced objective was to kill cops....

 
Admittedly yes, it comes off very badly if you look at it from the side chat message alone. But surely the Zamak that was scrapped on scene in the bank shows other intentions also?

 
Ok as you guys know now bank jobs are now for the people who initiated it and are not an excuse for every man and his dog to come to kill police.

I will approve this for your FINAL chance on the server.
