Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Big Johnson (he replies to ban appeal not said in game)
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: We ran out a car to rob a man by his house (AntonW) and called for him to put his hands up, me and H Unit both had pistols out, we must have said it in group chat although we were both unaware of this. AntonW pulled an AR on us so i shot at him, he killed me then H Unit killed him, this is not RDM as what I have been banned for, even though we were speaking in group without noticing, it was obvious what we were doing so him pulling a gun (especially one stronger than our own) would clearly be taken as retaliation and would start a gun fight.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: We were speaking in group without realizing, but wither way when three guys get out of a car with guns and aim at you it is obvious that they are going to be trying to rob you, so pulling out an AR would result in a gun fight, but we should have checked if we were in direct comms, which is a mistake I will not make again.

I cant help but notice only 60 hours in arma, first things you have got is a gun licence along with a driving licence

I do wonder if you know what RP is and what this server is about ?... the fact you have a gun already says to me i doubt it very much

Please give me a detailed RP scenario of what more you could of said than "put your hands up"

I have played years and years of WoW, i do know what RP is. We could have came up and told him not to get in the vehicle, not to get a weapon out and such. Then we can ask him to move away from the vehicles and buildings, next we can tell him to remove his backpack for a search, the same with his shirt and trousers, after we have searched him we can tell him to give us the keys to his vehicle, or any money he has on him at the time we then (on our way out) tell him to not move or take back any of the items on the floor until we are out of sight.

I can vouch for Zuues, I was in the back of the truck when the incident happened, he was asked to not take his gun out move from his truck and drop his items he didnt comply and took his gun out, which caused the shoot out.

well firstly i was going to play it out like that but we were in group comms rather than direct without knowing, secondly he just pulled a gun on me without speaking, and lastly i have learnt to always check which comms we are in when going into a role play situation

This will be dealt with, however like above there are no time frames and bumping your topic wont get you anywhere.
