I was banned because of the new rule 4.7 which came into force on 31-5-17 by Vladic Ka.

I was banned from using knowledge outside the game to jump server. Which I Should not Do '' But Did not Know that it Was Wrong At That Time ''

Explanation.
I was banned from the server on 23/5-17 for Combat log of Drew. It was an unfortunate situation that occurred in Rebel Outpost, I thought that no shots had been fired for had not been shot for over 5 minutes, so I logged off, but apparently not. Since then I have not proved that it actually happened, but it is another matter.

On 24-5-17 I made an Unban Appeal for Combat log. And on 6-6 / 2017 I was unbanned by Robbie who said it was my last chance

By the time I was banned, I was not really on Forum or active in TS channel when I played other games. So I had not read or got any information about a new rule. But I was well aware that I had a last chance to prove to Robbie that I would not break the rules, nor do I intend to break any of them. We all just listened to our Gang leader GHOSTKILLER. As a consequence, apologized to us all.

There had been a lot of trouble with Hop on Squads and police people who logged on to the server when Ascension logged in to the server. ''My point of view'', '' But I can be wrong? We were therefore asked in the situation that we should switch server and change name. So the police could not see our name. Which is a violation of the rule 4.7.

But I would not break a rule? Because I knew Robbie had given me one last chance to prove it on the server ..

After I was banned on the server I talked to Robbie. And chatted a message with Aiden. And they proposed to make an Unban Appeal.

Again, I would like to apologize for my performance. I really did not know what i did was wrong to do.

Why should we unban you ?
You have to unban me because I feel I have much more to offer for this server. Before I was banned from the server, I joined another gang with the intention of being a police officer as the leader of the gang is one of my friends who are in the police that I love to play with.

I also think you should unban me because I did not know that there was such a rule since I had not been on the server and the forum for almost 14 days. When the rule came into force. I simply was not even allowed to notice my action. Which Admins course can also refuse to go straight to a ban. I was a trail in Ascension and i just did as asked of me stupid of me yeah, but i did not know what i did was wrong at that moment.

I joined Arma 3 just over a year ago because I saw a known Twitch streamer playing Altis Life. And I almost fell in love.
I bought the game and started playing directly on the server. But my then computer was not strong enough to enjoy the graphics and the game. So I took a long break and saved money to a new PC to play ARMA 3 and I dropped over your server. I've played the game in for about 750-800Hours and that is maybe not many hours for some But for me it is with a daytime job. .. but 750-790 of the hours have been on this server.

I work 42 hours a week in a nursery and when I get home I put coffee over and log in to my arma RPUK account and play with my friends from community and IRL friends.

RPUK has become a big part of my everyday life and I will be broken if I can not be allowed to play on the server anymore.

And I'm almost willing to do anything to be allowed to play on the RPUK server. Since you can say it's my second home.

I hope you see how broken I'm over this ban and I sincerely hope that you can give me the chance to prove it. If you could in some way make a deal in one way or another?

Honestly you had a "Last chance" on your last appeal, which gives you kind of a bad view. But I will look beside this, because of you being honestly sincere and showed great effort in your appeal. I am happy to see that even though you know, it was a last chance situation, you decided to spend time and effort making a good appeal.

6 days before your last unban the rule was implemented, did you not think to read the rules a second time on returning?

Did no one tell you about this rule change which was incited by your gang?

Please explain to me in detail, how you will act in these kind of situations in the future.

Thanks @Azamai for giving me a chance to show my love to the server.

Before the rule was implemented I knew all the rules, I followed the rules carefully. But i made a mistake and combat logged. 
But in the meantime I was doing other stuff than sitting on the Forum and waiting for an Admin to Apply my Appeal. ''Cause that makes it all slower''  I was not even talking that much with the guys in the gang channels. Because i was training my combat skills on other servers like Academy with some friends i met up with in a earlier gang and ofcause some other games and socialising with my IRL friends and family. So you can say i had a little break from RPUK. I thought i knew all the rules, but i did not, and its a stupid mistake of me not checking up on them... But i have learned from my mistakes. and ive already read the rules again. and Discust the new rules meaning with other people in the community. So i understands its meaning now. 

No one told me about the rule and Ghostkiller dragged me to another channel and gave me a private apology for getting me banned, because he said he did not know what he did was wrong too. But its not only his fault, it was also mine, because i was not aware of the rule at that time. 

4.7 I am not allowed to use outside communication to gain knowledge of Roleplay situations. and encourage other players to jump onto another server to sway the result of an event or roleplay situation.

 I will always respect the rules and I will be very careful about every move I make from now on i will not do anything on other peoples knowledge of the rules, but only follow my own knowledge of the rules. If i see a friend or someone who attend to encourage or break a rule ill speak with the person about it. And  if the person is still doing it. Ill report the person. EVEN if it is one of my own friends or Police/Rebel/UMNC Members.
