In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for stealing a Armored police boat which was assumed to be inside of the blue zone. I looked at the map before hand and it was on the outisde of blue zone but if I know i could of made a mistake. I drove the boat off being instantly initiated on by the police with guns. I drove off down away from Kavala then being shot at by an armored police boat again. I think in this situation I should of been allowed to fire back as I was not the first one to start firing and at this point was defending myself. I know from your perspectives it must of been annoying and inconsiderate for me to just steal your police boat and have no role play in between. I don't have any video evidence which is probably the main reason i was kept banned. But I really want to just get playing again on this great server.

Why should we unban you ?
I completely understand that this is your server and your server needs to stand out from all the other Altis life servers which is why you ban people who come here to ruin your community. I would love to start playing on your server again as I have improved as a person over the year which i have been banned for. I have certainly matured in this period of time and I think that I will respect the rules which keep the Island of Altis in order.

Straight from your previous appeal.

So not only did you break the rule regarding stealing in a bluezone, you stole a speedboat minigun, without any initiation you decided to shoot at a taru, still in the blue zone? 

you we're unbanned on the 14th December, you also said on that unban appeal, "Thanks for giving me a chance as I know it is hard keeping the community friendly and not having idiots do this kind of stuff thank you and yes i will obide by the rules going forward" Yet you break 2 of the most common server rules, RDM and Stealing in a BZ. I'm finding it hard to trust this so called "improved bailey" you talk of. 

Please explain to me why you decided to do what you did.

Addressing the issue on the blue zone. I checked before hand and saw the boat was left open outside of the blue zone. As i got in i was INSTANTLY initiated on by Police. Besides this I have to admit it was very poor role play and I am regretful that I did it. I don't want to end up in an argument about if I was in the BZ or not because that would get us no where. It can look very different from two perspectives but if I am wrong I will admit it. I want to get back onto the server as I am the leader of a gang which has all of my friends in. After not being on the server for over 12 months I miss the community and the fun times I have had. Over the 12 month period I have contributed to other servers and contributed to there community by becoming a police officer and so fourth. Which proves that I am trustworthy and can take on the role of a Higher authority. After being on that server for a while I started to really miss Roleplay.co.uk and I really want to start of again. All I can say is that I think I have matured and have a better attitude towards the game. It is up to you in the end if you are willing to unban me. I completely respect that you want to keep your server to the highest of standards and having an annoying little kid run up and steal your boat doesn't contribute towards the community at all and just makes it worse for everyone else.

To add to this, I notice you haven't addressed the RDM part of the ban very well from my perspective. In what way did the police "initiate on you" that you felt justified you shooting at them? (blue zone or not)

I like the effort that you've put in but I want to be confident that you really understand the RDM issue here and we can really trust you to return for a final chance.

'Random Death Match' Is when you kill a person for no reason at all/there is no role play included. I feel like I needed to shoot at the police as they started shooting tasers at me as soon as I got into the drivers seat. I can see how it could of been seen from others perspectives e.g. Shooting down helicopters was seen as RDM because the officers in there probably didn't know about the situation that happened before hand and therefore didn't know that the police initiated. I fully understand the rule I broke and all I can say is that I will not do this again. 

I am disappointed with the amount of bans I have got on this server. I am sorry.
