In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I died and then i went to where i died thats basically it
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends. Your character just forgets the events and information leading up to their death.

The only exception to this is your wanted level. In our latest release bounty levels are now persistent over deaths to enable long winded police chases and bounty hunter chases... Without this we wont have police and bounty hunters tracking down the person and the person being on the run for weeks/days.

Example: Matt, John and Ben are rebels who try to rob the bank. During the shootout with the cops, Matt and Ben die, John get's arrested and spends some time in jail. When they all meet again, they all would roleplay the situation in a way that they all tried to get away, because they realized that they couldn't handle the situation. Matt and Ben got away, though John got caught. If the players want to have the deaths involved, they might tell stories of other rebels that died there, who were with them initially.



5A) A new life starts, when

Your character has been killed by a cop
Your character has died in a RP situation.
Your character has been involved in an accident

5B) A new life does not start when

Your character has been the victim of a clear case of RDM/VDM
You disconnect (end of session)

5C) You are not allowed to seek revenge when you die!

5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: The reason why i went back was because i just bought a new hatchback sport for 200.000 and i didnt already want to lose it but the police scraped it and then i got banned.

And the reason why i want to get unbanned is because 4-5 of my friends were in a clan and we had some really good times on that server and i would really like to get back on the server

Got killed in Kavala and respawned in Kavala. Police said that this gentleman was RDM'ing aswel.

 
Going to ask you to be honest about the RDM accusations, or I will have to spend some time asking cops who saw it and has evidence. I do have a job for 40 hours a week as well so it will take a while, but I will find out. So, come clean, or shall I just move this to denied?

 
I did not RDM i was going 300 km/h through Kavala in my hatchtback sport in a police chase then i crashed my car, then i ran into a building waiting for the police to come. I killed one and died by the other.

I was initiated with the cops already because they told me to pull over and they had their sirens on.

Go to the rule page and quote me the part that says having sirens on and telling you to pull over is not rdm.. O wait, you can't because it LITERALLY says in our rules it is not initiation from their side when they do that and you still have to do decent RP with them. So in that case explain to me how you failed and what you should have done differently.

Also, going 300 through Kavala, what are you, the next Paul effing Walker? What on earth were you thinking?

Okay i will admit the RP wasn't the best and i normaly roleplay really well, I am allways the one talking when me and my friends get in to trouble. (And most of the time i talk us out of a conflict)

And thats probably what i should have done with the cops. But i was so eager not to lose the hatchback sport (Becuase me and my gang aren't the richest.) So i really didn't want to lose the hatchback, I acted quickly, too quickly and just shot him.

Also about the 300 I was actually going 230. I only said 300 because i would want you to notice i was going really fast but that dosn't really matter.

What I was thinking? Well I was thinking GTFO i dont want to lose this hatchback.

 
Okay, fair enough for owning up to it. Promise me you will go slow in Kavala and at least try to avoid people on the road next time and I will approve this.
