i was banned for vdm as i run over someone who was going to RDM me, i understand a rule is a rule and that if someone brekes one it doesnt mean i can too i understand this.

Why should we unban you ?
i have appealed for about 2 weeks and missed the reply i would like to appeal again to join the great server that i loved to play with my buddies i understand what i have done and it wont happen again!

Okey lets start from where we ended. on the other appeal. 
Answer this please. Also keep in mind the more detail the better.

VDM- When a player kills you with a vehicle for no reason in a game of role play. 

vdm can consist of a few different things as for instance running over someone in general or for no reason at all, ramming a vehicle to cause it to explode and also blowing an enemy vehicle up to kill them. 

Rubber banding- rubber banding can not be helped in most cases as it is a latency issue, rubber banding is unfair but also non policeable as it out of the (players control)  in this case the admin would be able to give his verdict on the situation and possible compensate both or a single party for the incident. 

the reason the rule is in place is to keep the server alive while keeping the toxicity levels low as if everyone was just ramming into each other and killing each other there would be no point in playing, This rule keeps the server balanced and fair while maintain the role play feel as in real life you would just go out ramming everyone (at least i hope not) xD. There is no exception to running someone over on the server with a vehicle. I suppose i should  get out and shoot them if i  want them to die without running them over.(without RDMING)

i understand that rules are there for a reason and if someone els brakes a rule it doesn't give me reason to brake one too i can assure you it will not happen again!

 
fyi i do currently work so i might not see the reply when u post it but ill be checking it the next few days.

 
It wasn’t ment to be a “bump” I was merely asking on what the time frame looked like so I didn’t miss a reply again sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, it wasn’t ment to come across as a bump as I just want to be playing in the best server for RP.

 
so the unban rules you agreed to (reprinted below) didnt suggest the answer to this?

  • Unban Appeals are the lowest priority and as it is your responsibility to learn and follow our rules there are no timeframes. 
  • If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking; “when will I be unbanned” we reserve the right to deny the request. 
  • Any requests that have an admin response but the player hasn't responded will be closed. You will have at least a 3 hour warning before this happens. If your appeal has timed out, Please open a new appeal with links to your old one.
If you could not reply for whatever reason, you can tell us, we have an edit post feature for reasons like this.

We always warn and give reasonable notice before timing out a response, however you were impatient and thought you would try and draw out attention to the appeal.

This is not a good indication that you can follow our rules, given that you have already been banned. 

 
ah okay that`s fair enough i just didn't want to miss the reply as i said before it wasent meant to be a bump just so i didn't miss you're reply i didnt know that u would edit the post if i explained the reason why that`s good i did not know that, thankyou for the information ill await the reply. thanks!

 
So if we put you ina  situation like this again. What would you do different ?

 
Well to start I would pull over and try to communicate with the person pulling me over, i would comply with the demands made and make a good role play situation out of it as that is what the servers about if there was a chance me and my buddie was able to get an upper hand through role play then maybe we would try to take it.

 
alright you broke a rule, And you got punished for it. 
People make mistakes, lets hope this was your only mistake. 
i can see you learned from this, And i confident to give a other chance. Dont make me regret this.
