In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
LT Harry, the guy who was holding me at gunpoint during a robbery was got run over by some guy and I took the chance to run off, after that I started taking shots from his friends that where in the area. so I pulled out my gun and returned fire but at the time I turned around, Harry was back on his feet and taking shots at me, so I returned fire. right at the time I took him down his mate behind me took me down aswell.
He claims that 'my friend' was helping me by VDMing harry down.

Why should we unban you ?
In the ban request harry claimed that the guy in the car was my friend and he ran him over to help me out so I could get away. but in reality I dident know the man, In fact I wasent even aware that wasent even allowed. I just took the oppertunity to try to free myself.
after that incident I stopped playing for the night. but the next day arma 3 wouldent start, I kept getting a 0000005 statusacces voilation error. I spend roughly about 6 hours in total trying to get it fixed, so I could play on a server I'm banned on anyway. after hours of troubleshooting i decided to whipe my whole pc and start from scratch. but when arma 3 was installed and started up I was happy. finally I could play altis life again, but im banned for a small incident that happened days ago.
Let me learn from my mistakes and allow me better myself. I would appriciate it alot. And If I ever see Harry again ill apologize to him and compensate him for the gear he lost, its the least I can do. 

allso I fully read the rules so I know what im allowed to do and not allowed to do. (since posting an appeal requires me to)

Yeah, the guy got VDM'd and I shot him afterwards, at the time I wasent really aware of the rules and it was a tense situation because I was trying to save myself and at the same time dodging bullets from his friends, but taking advantages of chances like that is just badRP. I learned what to do and what not to do. and I will better myself in the future.

and yes, I've read the rules top to bottom multiple times.

 
(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

It doesent specifically say but when someone gets VDM'd roleplay basicly halts because a rule is broken and it continues when the rulebreaker stops, or is taken care of.

(1.7) As a roleplay game every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense. Things like the following; do not swear at people (out of roleplay), troll people, or bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from our servers.

Like I said before, it doesent specifically say so this rule applies, use your common sense. and I dident do that at the time. but I will in the future.

I should have stood in place and waited, instead of running off and using it as an advantage, I was completely in the wrong there.
