I Was driving my truck to go to the diamond shop in agios ! so 2 people robbed me ,I got killed and I wanted to respawn in airport but I mistakingly spawned in agios I really tried to leave the area so I was going to the garage to take car and leave I saw a police car I just wanted to say to them whats happend and that there where rebels here I didn't want that to happen anyone else This was of course very dumb from me because in the general rules it says (5.3) When you respawn: Your character does not remember any previous roleplay situations.

Why should we unban you ?
actually you can say I'm addicted to play on roleplay and I spend 8 hours daily playing on the server I really enjoyed my time on the rolplay.co.uk servers,i almost play like 4 years now on this server and I recently got in a new group of friend who play Arma on rolplay.co.uk . so I want to play rolplay with them and have a great time again. I know I was wrong, but I really want to ask you to unban me

For someone who has played he so long, It is a very silly mistake to make. However, You could have got out of this problem if you had actually spoken to the staff member who tried speaking to you. Explain?

 
Hi ,first level thanks for replying ,second I tried to talk to the police to explain to them that there were robbers here but the cop told me to leave the area immediatly so I was going to the garage to take a care and quit as fast as I could but when I was going to leave a staff hundcuffed me and he was just sitting right there ,I tried to talk to him but he was putting music on so maybe he couldn't hear me and then I got banned

he was putting some british music when I tried to talk to him I kept saying hi but he was putting music so I played some music for him as well because I thought he was just messing around
I promise you that it won't happen again and Latley I've been doing nothing but waiting for the unban ,my life feels empty right now

I have broken rule :

(5.3) When you respawn: 
Your character does not remember any previous roleplay situations.
Your character does not remember where any of its vehicles outside the garage are 
Your character does not remember any previous enemies (your killer/robber etc) 
Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired.

the rules that I broke :........ so it states that when I die I shouldn't remember any previous roleplay situations and I should start fresh ,also ,I shouldn't return within 1000m of the location of the previous death until 15 minute has expired

 
Let's jump back in time. You accidentally click the wrong spawn point and realise.  Detail what you would do in hindsight .

 I would even respawn or try to go as far as I could from the area that I've got killed on ,I'd definetly start new and forget all what happened
and I promise that this silly mistake would never happen again

Wrong answer.

The first thing you do is stay put, send a message to staff via in game phone system or on TS informing them of your mistake and asking if you can log off and respawn at the correct location. If you get no reply, you record evidence that you've messaged staff before logging off then choosing the correct location. You don't try to get far away because you run the risk of encountering other players and getting pulled into RP. 

Does this make more sense?

 
I understand sir ,I think I was trying to cover a mistake by maybe making another mistake So I shall not do the same mistake again I promise sir !
 

 
This is your second ban. Despite what you say, the cynic in me feels you may have know what you were doing and hoping to not get caught.  I will however give you the benefit of the doubt.  

As you've found out to your cost, this is a community based on strict rules. Disregarding them has consequences, and once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
