First unban effort was denied, this second effort will now be denied because you have failed to even respond to the questions asked here, meaning either you dont understand English well enough to respond, or you just dont pay attention to what is asked of you.

Either way I am not satisfied enough to issue you an unban, and due to having two denied appeals, I will be issuing you with a perm ban.

If you should feel that you can suitably respond to questions asked in an unban appeal, then we will offer you one chance to submit a perm unban appeal (without having to wait the normal 6 months for a perm ban), however should this perm appeal not be satisfactory then this will be rejected and you will have to wait 6 months as per normal unban appeal. It is your choice.
