I was banned because I VDM'ed a cop then killed him.

Why should we unban you.
Because I didn't realise the rules said I couldn't VDM a cop. Im don't want to beg for you to unban me but I like this server and if you don't unban me i'm not going to cry about it but it will be very weird bearing in mind this is my first ban.

Did you not read the splash screen when you log in that directs you to this website to read the rules?

It's one of the most common rules, especially since someone who is run over can't defend themselves due to the script. Why should we let you back on the server?

Because I enjoy the community. I apologies for not knowing that rule and it wont happen I will even give compensation. The community is very friendly and professional and I would like to be a part of that. It's rule 3A of the rule section under VDM. So now i know it won't happen again.

Normally based on those two violations, you wouldn't be let back in. However, here are your terms for VDM and RDM

Terms of unban will be the following: Quadbike only for 2 weeks. You will not be allowed to drive or fly anything else. You may ride in any other vehicle as a passenger but are not allowed to drive any vehicle or fly any aircraft, unlesss it's a quadbike at any time regardless of the circumstances. No guns as well for 2 weeks. No owning, using, picking up any weapon including starter pistols. No assisting in violent acts as well (Robbery, Carjacking, Kidnapping, etc...)

This is to help you improve your roleplay skills.

I appreciate the punishment is totally justified and you have made it very clear. However, I feel this is very harsh bearing in mind various cops and rebels have said that my role-play skills are incomparable. so if you would let me have an off-road as well. then I ill feel a lot better. I want to do salt and I cant do that in a quad-bike. When I log on I cant really do anything.

You're allowed to be a passenger in large trucks.  You could make a friend to do salt, hire another player with a big truck and make friends.
I feel it is fair and reasonable, as others have gotten 30 days. VDM and RDM are serious violations, and as I said normally one would probably not be unbanned for those both at the same time.
