In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i was crawling around being stupid (i did my first request wrong so ill do this properly)
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 1D) An admin may ban any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: i aws just being stupid and will never do it again, i usually roleplay seriously, i am sorry for any troubles

Can you find the actual "trolling" rule and post it please?

 
Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense.
 Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or a unappealable ban depending on the admins decision).

So you came onto a serious RP server to just muck around... at this point i do not see any reason to unban you so whats the point ?

 
i usually play seriously, and i enjoyed playing on your server, i did a stupid thing and will never do it again if you unban me i will never do stupid things again and sorry for causing any inconvenience

I suggest you go and read the rules and use a little bit of common sense going forward.
