In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for robbing a gas station with the intention of a gunfight without having a good roleplay situation with the officers that came to the gas station as soon as they handcuffed a friend of mine we initiated and then had a 10-minute gunfight with the police. this is a break of the baiting rule and this is exactly what you are, not a meant to do.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel I should be unbanned as I will do what I can to make sure this doesn't happen. I said that about my VDM unban and I didn't cause another accident or hit anyone with my car. I know I had my second chance but I will try my best to make sure I don't make the same mistakes I've made in the past. I don't want to come on the server to any people or admins I want to play on your server so I can play with my friends and other people I meet online. I know what I did was wrong and I know what to do and what not to do in the future. next time I rob a gas station I will create a roleplay situation so you don't have to hear someone complaining about me baiting.

You say you know what you did was wrong and state that is a break of the baiting rule, so the real question is?

Why did you go out and do this in the first place?  What did you expect to happen?

we didn't have a plan for what we were going to do that night then we decided we wanted some black vests so we wanted to try to get some. we had tried to find some cops and I'm pretty sure we had already robbed one cop but we couldn't find anymore so we robbed a gas station then the cops came and put one of us in handcuffs so we initiated had a gunfight then were banned as soon as it ended.

Sebastian trys everything in his power to start a gunfight culminating in initiation and then gunfight. Clear cut baiting.

I sat watching this for a good 20-30 mins, all 3 snipers set up around waiting for the chance to shoot. Even after successfully robbing the petrol station they decide to initiate on a lone officer after banking the cash for no apparent reason to kick off the gunfight. No doubts in my mind this was all about the gunfight."

Roleplay shouldn't be setup before hand with a gunfight in mind, if a gunfight happens as result of roleplay that's fine but its clear here thats all you wanted from the off, That's certainly not what this server is about @WeemanDee2003

I will issue an unban however on the condition that you do not pickup a gun for 1 month, I feel you need to start again on the server without the complications of a gun in your hands, Do you understand ?

I do. what I'm getting from this is that you want me to roleplay without a gun so it is not all about shooting people or trying to get in a gunfight. I only have 1 question will I be able to keep my licenses or will they be taken away. other than that thank you for unbanning me I will do my best not to let you down.

So I've unbanned you on the agreed condition that you will not be seen with a weapon until at 19th of January. This includes pistols, rifles etc etc. 

If spotted with a gun there will be no second chance.
