In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i was banned because i hit a 4x4 and killed an officer and in the video it looks like i swiched seat but if you listen to the video its not my voice its my friend in the gunner seat

Why should we unban you ?
i think i should be unbanned because it was an accident I got a lag spike and did try to stop. I've been having problems with my keyboard and fps. i did help the officer. I know what I did was wrong but i have never been banned, everyone makes mistakes and i believe in second chances. I will try not to do it again I just want to play with my friends and have fun role-playing I don't want to be a troll and vdm people I want to role-play and have fun with other players

If you look at this screen shot my friend is in the gunner sear

Player made a second unban appeal a day after this was submitted. Second appeal denied and this appeal is locked for 3 days.

So do you really feel making a second appeal is going to get your appeal looked at any faster. Why should we unban someone who can't follow unban rules?

I didn't think it would be seen quicker I made a second one because my friend said because I commented on this post you would just rejected and he told me to make a new one so I did

Okay and is your friend a staff member? If not why would you listen to him regarding the dispute a ban process? It really hasn't worked out well for you.

i listen to him because he has gone though this process before and i trust him and i realise now that it was not a good idea to make a new appeal and it has just  meant i had to wait longer just to get my first reply

Alright what is it gonna be, Lag, or keyboard malfunction. 
all i see is you searching for excuses, instead of taking responsibility of your actions.

It was 100% my fault, my key board does have problems sometimes and I did have a lag spike. But I should of tried to turn it was me fault and not the lag spike or my key board fault

Hopefully I can role play with people, I know you've probably read that like 1000 times but that is the reason that I want to be unbanned I want to be able to have fun and have a laugh with the player I would meet if you were to in ban me I'm not trying to be a troll to anyone I just wanna have fun on your server

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

vehicle deathmatch is when you kill someone with a vehicle whether that be ramming a person or a vehicle or as in this case hitting a vehicle into a vehicle that hits a person these are a couple of ways that vdm can happen in game. these are all way of using a vehicle as a weapon. these all will result in a ban. you can ram MRAPS but only if you have initiate roleplay first
