In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I unlocked another players vehicle inside the green zone and drove away from the green zone in that other players vehicle. This was a violation of the rule 6.1.4 under the heading, 'Green zone specific rules', which states "You must not lockpick or steal a vehicle from the green zone". 

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban as before then ban I was an avid member of the Roleplay.co.uk Altis Life Server and have had many enjoyable hours playing on the server and meeting new members of the community while playing, in and out of roleplay. I wish to come back to Altis Life fresh and new to make many more memories and meet many more people. I understand what I did was wrong and I will not dispute anything to say this or that and I will not make up excuses. I know it was against the rules to take that other players vehicle without given permission and attempt to drive away in it.I can confidently say that I have read and re-read the rules and fully understand every one of them. I can assure you that this will not happen again and I will continue to follow all the rules as I have always done while playing. I very much appreciate the time you have taken to the read this and look forward to hear back from you.

How can we benefit as a community from allowing you back on our game servers?

I have read the rules time and time again to make sure nothing has changed and to keep up to date with them before playing on the server. I made this simple mistake because I was being careless while a friend and myself were mucking around in Kavala and having a laugh one night. I realise now and seconds after I was banned what the consequences of being careless and making this simple mistake were. I have had plenty of time to think about my actions and what I should have done differently so as to not break the servers rules and I can safely say I have learnt my lesson. I enjoy playing on this server very very much and my only wish right now is to once again connect and play with the rest of the Roleplay.co.uk community. I can assure to everyone in the community that if I am given a second chance that I can and will help the community in any way possible, whether that's helping new players understand and follow rules and game mechanics, learning from more experienced players to benefit others or myself, providing help to admins and other members of staff with any enquires or problems, abiding by all rules and helping make Roleplay.co.uk and fun and enjoyable experience for everyone. I promise I will continue to be a respectful and considerate member and player of the Roleplay.co.uk community.

However, when you are pulled to one side by a member of staff, do not argue about it. I'm sure this only would have been a warning rather than a ban if you didn't proceed to argue about it.
