In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was flying my helicopter into a situation which from my side looked like a guy had just been robbed as he was down, and there was one other person on the scene with a firearm and no one else in sight, the guy whow as down was driving a boxer truck along the altis metals road which is a hotspot for getting robbed, as a Hero, i landed my helicopter to try resolve the situation, i told the man to put his hands up clearly with my gun pointed at him, but he decided to just jump into his car and drive away, after taking shots at him, i bent down and covered the other body (which i had though to have been robbed) while the guy i "rdmed" killed me a few seconds later.
 

Why should we unban you ?
I take roleplay very seriously on this server, i used to be a police man and have played many hours on this server, it is very sad to see that this video evidence has been framed badly against me. i have always roleplayed and never gotten a warning of any kind on this server as i have read the rules and i stick to them, i want to be unbanned so i can carry on making friends and money and keep on playing on a greatly-run roleplay server.

p.s. i am very sorry for letting my other requests time out, i have had a very busy life as i was looking for a new job etc.
i am not justified in anyway for using a SS or any racist remarks on my display picture, it was not intended to offend anyone and i am very sorry if it did, i have deleted the photo and changed it and it will never happen again

hello auxen, sorry i've been having troubles replying to my topics, there was a bug with my cookies that didnt allow my to type an appeal but to only attach media- i seeked admin help from CI Xhan and have now resolved my problems.

i understand i have caused alot of trouble and that it has been very time consuming reading through my appeals that time out. but i apologize and i thank you for your patience and i ask you very nicely to consider re-reading my appeal

So we'll start from the very beginning from your very first appeal.

Why did you join the forums with a Nazi insignia as your forum profile picture?

 
i did not mean it to offend anyone in anyway, i simply liked the eagle on the emblem as i have a passion for eagles. and i did not even register that it was a very racist nazi symbol. i deeply apologise for using it. as i, myself being brought up in South Africa with the country having a very bad racist past, i have a zero tolerance for racism, and am actually very disappointed in myself as i could of offended some members. 

i have deleted the photo and i will never even look at it again.

At least go with something believable.

I work with eagles and birds of prey, the one you went with was some golden eagle derivative with a nice bit of Nazi insignia in the background. No accident by any account.

So I'll ask again, why did you use nazi symbology as your profile photo? Because it was funny, a joke..... take your pick.

 
i guess i thought it made me and my friends look cool, it was no way intended as a joke or the fact that i thought it was funny, as it said. i like birds alot and i thought it was cool, in no way was i wanting to promote the Nazi Party.

 
Not intending to promote the Nazi party eh? Considering you are the administrator/founder of a steam group called the "SS".. I think you already know that they were the elite for the Nazi military..

You were more than aware of what you were doing, so i'm going to deny this appeal as your excuses have been piss poor.

Denied.

EDIT: forgot to mention, this is a permanent ban. Appeal in 6 months.
