In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because Vladic ka saw me run 3 people (FRIENDS) & (1 Admin) over even tho it was a play-full joke between everyone involved 2 rebels gangs and the police force even admin Stavic was their enjoying the fun and games between us as players,
There was a fun mixture of gun fighting jokes car mischief and lots more.

Why should we unban you ?
I should be unBanned because clearly everybody was in on this and I was the only person to be singled out, Clearly this admin came completely at the wrong time and most of assumed I was causing trouble instead of enjoying a bit of fun with my fellow server players, but to add If it wasn't the exact scenario Im explain other admins there would of pulled me up considering the last one a ran over was one

Do you really think that "just because everbody is in on it" makes it fine to break rules? I'd suggest taking a couple of minutes to answer the below questions
Why isn't it fine to break rules even though it's just alongside your friends?
Do you find it funny to break rules? 
Could you quote the rule(s) you broke and why they are in place?

- Because other players may assume that its a correct and reasonable manor to play this sever when it is not, More importantly if somebody is harmed by somebody breaking rules It can and mostly likely will have a backlash  while it may also put players of this sever.

"Do you find it funny to break rules?"

- No I don't find it funny to intentionally break rules for ones own benefit, But I wont Bullshit you when I say Yes sometimes in its moment among friends when one hits another one yes some of us giggle depending on the intention and seriousness of it,

- Yes here you go: (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

- We have this rule because nobody enjoys being ran over by randoms driving past, When hit by a car your automatically in a bad place your guy falls to the floor giving your foes a chance to strike when you can not defend yourself, Also once your character has fallen you may fall prey to somebody with zipties, 

-Overview we has this rule to prevent many unpleasant scenario and to preserve the game and the server for what it is.

P.S.

For the record I understand why I was banned a rule is a rule regardless of who broke it and why nobody is exempt, When I put the appeal in for this At the time I was fired up because I believed it to be unfair, But then I thought I would be clearly unfair to the rest of the players in this sever if somebody is allowed to get away without so much as a talking too.

Sorry for the hassle.

now @warren1995s this is your 3rd ban on our server with this one being placed barely a week after you got back how come?
Why should I trust you back on our server when you got such a lengthy history?
If you could go back in time what would you do differently about the situation? (Hint this question is very important)
Lastly if I did let you back in what would you be doing?

You can see by the nature of my bans (Especially this one) That Im not here to be toxic to other users most my bans have been for somewhat stupid reason i.e. Wasn't thinking with accords of the sever rules, Generally speaking im a social player as apposed to a "Skilled one" & and with that being said this VDM ban was among friends now im not saying my ban isn't justified but you can clearly see it wasn't at all in a harmful manor.

Well without sounding condescending but I wouldn't of ran my friends over with a SUV, and if I knew what i know now i would of not even been in the area, More importantly obeyed the rules to a much finer detail .

Following the rules a lot more to the letter while continuing to pick-lock hermit trucks filed with goodies, Maybe a gun fight or two..

(Not in a sarcastic way) Was banned for running over friends with a SUV and the admin that dealt with me wasn't too pleased with my actions so he imposed a ban.

P.S. The answers are quite short only due to the nature of the question whitest not knowing what to write, Also my apologises for time taken for the response been a busy bunny at work.

Before I unban you there will be some conditions.
Any rule break that happens within 6 months of this unban will lead to a ban no matter what. 
Any future rulebreak that is you "fucking about with friends" or VDM will lead to a ban without appeal for 6 months
