i was banned and ready to give up on trying to support my case so i got frustrated.

it was all a misunderstanding i know it don't look to good on video but from my point of view things were so different i seen police and thought i was saved.
i got robbed for £120k and did not want to hand over my truck so i was attempting to flee, after my truck was shot to bits i could hardly handle the controls i went straight on the road my truck was facing and ended up hitting kavala seen a police officer and that's were things went wrong and confusing, i was demanded to go to team speak for about 3 minutes while speaking to an officer which i could not break roleplay. after my actions were of a person who thought he did no wrong which i now understand were wrong. i did not want to get banned but thought my opinion doesn't matter since i did not have no video evidence, but now i do see my action were wrong and my attitude did not help my situation

Why should we unban you ?
i have always tried to follow the rules as much as i can, i have never been in that situation before i'm usually playing solo collecting apples and turning them in to cider minding my own business until the night when my friends come online, i am one of those forgiving people who think people deserve a second chance and i will make sure i avoid these situations again, i'm very sorry

the rule is to not store your vehicle while being in chased or in any confrontation at all.

 
6.1.6 [SIZE=medium]You must not exploit the green zone to avoid ongoing hostile roleplay. Retreating into a green zone is forbidden[/SIZE]

never go in to any green zone while being chased or in any confrontation.

1.3 [SIZE=medium] Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]never swear at anyone out of roleplay including ooc chat.[/SIZE]


 

 
You've been criticised for having a bad attitude by the staff member who dealt with your report. Have you learned from this experience at all, if so, what?

 
yes i realize now what i realized the minute i got i banned, be patient and let the staff team get all the information possible before i come to the conclusion i'm already banned and make it worse for myself with my attitude.

 
Your attitude did stink but we all have bad days, people get frustrated etc etc.

If you're in a similar situation what would you do? How will you conduct yourself? 

If staff confront you again how will you treat us (we don't like snarky muppets)?

 
i would make sure i try to resolve it with the player first so maybe it don't go to far,but if it did i would certainly show the staff team more respect and patience i am very sorry for my actions and my attitude and i have been reading the rules over and over while being banned and i am hoping i will not be in this situation again.
