Also you dont know why you got banned, its only 2 days ago. 
if you already forget what you have done 2 days ago. Then i dont have much hope,
In you remembering the rules. The i dont know/Forgot trick does not work here. 
I would say think about it for 24 hrs. 
Then come back and appeal, Also put some more effort in it.
