In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned because Admin abused his rights. I was at LSD processing alone, without a weapon, so I run when I see someone. It was an helicoptere, he landed and he had gun in his hand, he told me to stop my car soI started to run away, on the way, I have crashed into his helicopter, as I was running away. Nothing really happened with my truck or with his helicopter, he flyed away after that. Then I camed back to LSD processing, because I thinked It is clear, but there was 3 dangerous mans there, so I have runned again. I have been running to an forest, where admin teleported on me, get me out of my car and my truck have dissapeared. That 3 dangerous mans was maybe from in gang with admin, so he teleported on me because they wanted to rob me, but I have runned away. Right after end of the video of video evidence, I get banned.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: I do not honestly know. Maybe an 3A) VDM, but it was not on the purpose, it was just when I was running away from guy with a gun. - Vehicle Death Match Definition:

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban) But I really dont know if I can say it was that..
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because It was not my fault. I was just on alert. He had an gun and he pointed it on my truck, I was 100 % he would kill me and would stole my truck. I have video evidence of the whole incident. I dont absolutely understand that think that admin has done. He teleported on me, than he make my truck to dissapear, and my work was gone. I crashed and the end to him, but as you can see in the video, he teleported on me, right under the truck, I was surprised, I could not understod how he got there, when I realized, I have stoped my vehicle at once. Video evidence is here: https://vid.me/Rh6D

No .. you were banned because you talked to me so disrespectfully .. I investigated on you because multiple people at the LSD Processor told me about you VDMing. (I teleported there to look at it)
I then asked you  to please step out of the Truck and talk to me. Obviously you ignored me and drove away. (Maybe because you thought I was some Civ eventho I had no gun out or anything threatening. 

I then teleported after you still ignoring me (wich COULD be because of you driving and you switched to 1st person no doubt you didn't see me) BUT then you parked your Vehicle in some forrest. I again teleported to you .. you get instanlty in your car. Drive me over. (VDM) Also why did you not record those things you said to me when I tried to talk to you? You insulted me so bad in the worst ways possible and thats why in the end I issued a ban. All I wanted was to talk to you but you talked to me in a manner .. that is just beyond rude. As an Admin it takes me 3 Seconds to compensate you for the things that were in your truck. I didn't insult you once there was simply no need to insult me, Sadly I play on a Laptop and I can't record so I hope you gonna be truthful and post a Video without missing your part of this "conversation". 

(I used !bpl btw because the Page was not working for me again) 

**Also Matsi, Allen & Me just teleported there. We are not the "dangerous" man he is talking about. None of us ever aimed a weapon at him or anything. Or tried to rob him .. and I am surely not TPing after someone to.. rob him? Yeah.

[SIZE=14.5pt]First of all, I have not Vdmed anyone at LSD processing, I have just crashed into the helicopter when I was running away,[/SIZE]as I said It was not on the purpose.[SIZE=14.5pt] You can even see how I avoided one guy that was standing on the road in the video. Other thing, when you told me to stop, how should I know you are an admin ? I thought you are some random bandit, that wanna to rob me, you dont have even same name forum as in game name, so I really does not known you. At the end, I have not vdmed you, how should I react so fast ? I never seen anyone teleporting, when I crashed you at the end, It was not on the purpose. And the last thing Is, I had a full truck loaded with LSD, thats worth nearly one milion, because I was going to sell it to Kavala. When my truck has dissapeared I was pissed of, who would be not, but I was not insulting you in any extreme way, In fact, I was not talking anything in game, maybe In real life, I sweared. As you can see at the end of the video, I am not talking anything, even when I wanted, but I apologize to you anyway, right after end of video, I get banned... So yes, someone Is trying to rob me and when I escape, someone teleports at my and my truck dissapears, that Is pretty good reason to be mad, don´t you think ? It was nearly two hours of my work throwed out of the window and one milion loss. By the way It is nice that you can give me money back in 3 sec but, how should I know you can do that ? How should I in fact know that you are an admin and not some cheater ? In fact, you does not said even once, that you are an admin.[/SIZE]

I said I got reports of you VDMing so therefor I went there to look at it. I had no time to switch to Admin Suit or anything because if it is really VDM or anything and I need to see it I have to be fast. Now lately my FPS are shit so If I go to "Spectate a Player" my Game just Crashes. God knows why. SO I teleported there. I made sure to not have my weapon out or talk aggressive to you thats why I said "Excuse me Sir blabla" Obviously you couldn't have known at that point and I also understand you didn't see me teleporting. (I said that above) But when I teleported to you the last time I didn't threaten you with a gun or anything or shouted at you that this is a Robbery.. I mean if I was a Hacker .. uhm yeah i don't think a Hacker would bother to talk to you. Anyways. I can even in some sort understand why you ran me over .. panic reaction etc. But those things you said to me. Jesus. Not even I swear that badly.

And YOU did Insult me. I have noooooooooooooo idea how this is not shown ingame but you did.

(You had a slightly .. polish or russian accent? No offense and you really insulted me badly.)

You could have easily come to me on TS afterwards and we could have talked. I had no intentions or anything of stealing your belongings and as I said above I could have comped you instantly. I don't understand why you had to be that aggressive. And you knew I was an Admin because you said to me ingame "Fucking Admin bitch hacker" or something. I don't recall the exact words. (I am still wondering how this is NOT shown on the Video) That there was a "robbery" before is something I did not know at this point. That's why I wanted to talk to you to see what actually was happening. In the end everything can be resolved and there is simply no need for being so .. hostile.

Yes  everything can be resolved simply but you know, I am not some extremely rich player that does not give a damn for anything. I cared for my job and I cared for my money. I am not Russian by the way, but I dont think Its such a disgrace as some may think. First think I have done afterwards was writing this unban appeal, I does not know when on TS I can find you and If anything would be discused or If I would even have acces to your TS room. If you heard some Insults, as I said before, I apologize, but I really dont think that I said Fucking Admin bitch hacker, I even thought Its male voice, so I would not call you a "bitch" If it is all about, but as I said, I get banned right after video ends and I could not hear anything what I said, I was swearing only In real life, so either I clicked the button for microphone in game, but on video there is nothing to be hearh from my side, at the same time you are speaking. So I apologize to you again and I hope I will be compensated even for my truck dissapearence, thank you. And last thing, I have not vdmed anyone, you can even see on the video that I have avoided one guy.

 
Sigh .. in the end we all make mistakes. Surely I does too. I should have worn the Admin Suite I guess but I was online actually playing. I was not on active Admin duty - but that doesn't mean for me not to respond to Admin Requests. If I wanted to harm you in any way I would have just shot you. I wouldn't bother TPing after you without a gun in my hands :)   That doesn't really make sense ..  If this Unban Request gets approved or not is up to another Admin. But if it get approved I will compensate you for your things that have been lost. I was going to  anyways.

 
Thing is, this evidence is quite flawed as we cannot hear what you said... 

The excuse it's a hacker is weird, why would they go after one person and not threaten or provoke you. eventually you just drove over them.. which is most likely why your vehicle was deleted (it'll be back in your garage in the restart following the deletion).

Also, watch your video again, how on earth does Steph sound like a man?

Anyway, moving forwards, lets deal with this unban request professionally. 

We've been told from an admin what happened from their perspective. Your video doesn't show the initial vehicle collision, if there are reports of VDM, and you call it accidental, its complicated, and needs assessed as such. 

What was actually said is what concerns me. Yes, the admin should of been in admin suit, however switching suit means loosing all the gear they're holding, so I can understand why they wouldn't. If they are responding during gameplay.

VDM and RDM are things we really don't want on this server.. so we do our best to look into these reports.

In terms of the original accident; do you have footage of the crash?

In terms of what you said to steph; how would you correct this in order to be accepted back into our server?

 
I have apologized already,but i said my opinion before on swearing, same with that crash into helicoptere, It was not on the purpose,and as it seems how it wants, i didnt knewn she was an admin. i have apologized if steph heardh some swearing, but as it is on the vidéo i have not been speaking at all.What else to say ? You may see how i avoided one Guy on the road in the video, why would i vdm someone before and than i would not vdm someone, even when they was looking like a bandits?

Okay, so If I would summarize this case, I would say this: I have proccesed LSD into my truck when I heard an helicoptere, I have seen as It was landing. I had no weapon or gear, so I was running away, I knew that In 90% cases, you would get robbed and probadly killed. Guy have landed and he had an gun in his hands and he was yelling at me, to stop my car. I have not stoped my car and I have been driving away, as I have avoided that guy, I have crashed a bit into his chopper, but really nothing happened, He flyed away afterwards, It was not on a purpose, I was trying to save my life, would you not crush Into some vehicle In real life If it could save your life ? I think you would. Than I was In the field, not far from the processing and I have decided to go back, so I went, I thought that guy will be away, because I have seen helicoptere flying away, as I said before. When I have arrived at LSD procesing, there was 3 dangerous looking guys at LSD processing, as you can see in the video, So I have decided to run away. Fact, that one of them was an admin, I does not really know, he, or in this case she, was looking like a random bandit, So I have keep driving away with my truck. I have finally arrived at the forest, and right there, she teleported on me, I panicked, I have never seen someone to teleport, so you cannot say that I have vdmed that time, teleporting Is not something one can count at. Afterwards, my truck has dissapeared and I was on the ground, I didnt known even than, It was an admin, I did even thinked It was man and not a woman. She was speaking about things you can see in the video. Admin says I have been swearing at her, but I was only swearing In real life, maybe I have pressed a button in game, so she could hear it, but as I said, nothing like that Is seen to be in the video so I have not probadly done that even on purpose, and I have apologized several times anyway... About that VDM´s, I have not vdmed anyone, on the video, I do even avoid one guy on the road, why would I vdm someone before and than I would be avoiding someone, I have been thinking Is a bandit ? I have writed to my unban request, maybe VDM, because I must to write something In there... I do not really know, what Is still unclear and which answers remain unanswered?

Okay, I think you wonna exact answers. No, I do not have footage of the crash, but as I told It was not on purpose and nothing has happened with that helicoptere or with my car, nothing exploded, In the video at 1:09, you can see that helicoptere In the air, so really nothing happened, As I told 20 times before. Next thing, I have not VDMed anyone there, You can see in the video at the 2:55, that I am even avoiding that guy on the road, even When I thought he Is an bandit. I have not vdmed anyone there before, If someone Is reporting about vdm anyway, they must have screenshot or anything, and I have not seen anything like that and as I said I have not vdmed anyone. You can not even talk about RDM, because I have no weapon with me, so how could I RDM Someone ?

Last thing, about that alleged swearing on the admin, you can see at the end of the video that I am not speaking, only admin is speaking, As I told before, I may press microphone button and she could hear some swears, because I was raged of course from everything that happened In real life, but on the video, there Is nothing to be heard, even when she Is speaking, so I does not removed any voice or anything from that video, and that video Is my evidence, no one else has, so I dont know what Is this all about. And I really does not known she was an admin, how should I ? You was speaking that she was not looking like a hacker, but how should I know what can another people do ? I do even Thinked it was an male voice, not a female... I have been baned right after that, So I would be really glad when I could play the game again, Its already been two days, I could made another two milions, to that one from the accident, If I would be able to play. I am also glad, as Steph said, that I will get my money back from the accident, that Is all I can say. What in order to be accepted back to our server ? I have an evidence of my innocence and they do not have evidence of my alleged crime. In any cour, I would already be declared as innocent.

Sorry for posting here but I believe I have an appropriate reason.

Veranicus,

You have already received an extension to your post due to you continuously bumping your post. Keeping on adding more posts to this thread is only going to mean it will take longer before it is reviewed. If you just left this post without bumping it it most likely would be finished with now and you would have your answer. I recommend you just be patient and await the admins decision.
