I was banned for pushing a downed person to the side of the road with my vehicle.

Why should we unban you ?
I enjoy playing on this server, and I was very surprised when was banned. I have learnt from my mistake and I will not proceed to make them again. I have also been a member of this community for a long time, and I would love to return to role playing on the server, as that is what attracted me to this community. I very rarely make mistakes like this, and even though I intended it to be helpful it does violate the rules. I fully understand the rules and respect them, so will continue to abide by them. I do apologise for my mistake.

You say you were surprised that you were banned, however, the admin who banned you actually spoke to you about the issue in-game prior to banning you; during this conversation, you said that you didn't think you did anything wrong.  Why?

That is correct, I was surprised that I was banned. The reason why is because I was trying to move a civilian that I downed to the side of a busy road, to prevent them from getting run over further by some careless drivers, and flying across the map. When I moved the civilian, I was slow and careful with the truck to prevent any glitches.

I do fully understand the rules, and I thought in this situation rather than letting the many people exiting the garage run over the civilian (multiple VDM's), I would push him to the side carefully where he is safe, and so the people coming out of the garage won't hit him.

We have stretchers in game so you can do this realistically and safely.

I'm not even going to ask you if you think using a vehicle to move an injured person is realistic because the answer is quite obviously no. If you didn't have a stretcher, you could simply have RP'd with other people in the area to see if anyone else did. Regardless of how slow you were going, you could have easily glitched the body causing him to die before medics arrived.  Surely you see and understand this?

You are correct, I should of used a stretcher, and I do understand that I am in the wrong for not using a stretcher. I do apologise for that.

I would like to think that I was doing something good for other people to prevent them from getting in trouble, but then I did have to break a rule to prevent others from doing so, which is not good.

As you've found out to your cost, this is a community based on strict rules. Disregarding them has consequences, and once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
