I spoke to a guy from a server I used to play on but in a RoleplayUK server over OOC chat and said "Fancynakeddude you get banned son?" - With a question mark and the admin said I made a threat even though he didn't know what I was talking about. I have full video proof and the admin said after "Let me phrase this the same way you did Azzy", "GET BANNED SON" When infact I said "Fancynakeddude you get banned son?". The two are completely different and I a little angered by this.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I got banned for something that isn't a threat and the situation was completely mixed up. The Admin didn't read my comment correctly and banned me.

Why were you asking someone if he got banned? If he had, he wouldn't be there? Shouts like this have always been punished under the following rule:"

[SIZE=medium](2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members. [/SIZE]

And even though you did not directly threathen someone with a ban or a report, your cry of ''GET BANNED SON?'' makes it 100% look like he did something to you and you then reply out of spite saying: GET BANNED SON?.

I am perfectly willing to accept I mixed things up, but then you are going to have to explain how you did mean this. @ArrogantBreador @Drewcan you please handle this one since I was the one banning him?

Okay this is fine. 

But I just wanna say that I was talking to him about a different server because he combat logged on me in Asylum Altis Life so I asked him a question saying "GET BANNED SON?" (Didn't mean to have caps lock on anyways) Plus didn't directly threaten him yet I do understand asking him that question within OOC chat is a little wrong although it is an "Out of character chat"

So it's just a whole mix up and would like to get unbanned please.

I believe that there was a miscommunication here. Be careful what you say over side chat in future. Also there is a very strict advertising policy here. Be mindful to this.

Equally, watch your attitude, the way you responded to khandimir was unnescesary and ultimately what got you the ban and not just the warning.

Unbanned I stringly adive you to read the rules before connecting to the server again.
