Poor RP (7.1.3) ["Be my friend or die"] and questionable roleplay subjects (3.6) [Roleplay of rape, "i would like your anal virginity, please"].

Why should we unban you ?

I think you need to look at me and Vincent as two separate cases, because looking at the video, I really don't think my roleplay was bad. I had a long conversation with him and gave him lots of time to comply to my demands. I didn't take the "be my friend or die" sentence as intiation, it was more of a joke that really didn't mean anything and was not the reason for Keith's eventual death.
I also think that Lt. Keith was report-baiting us, because when I started talking about snapchat and instagram as a joke and in RP, he INSTANTLY STARTED MESSAGING AN ADMIN. What harm could me asking about his social media in ROLEPLAY possibly do to him?
Also, regarding the rape incident, following rule (3.6) he told me to stop and I stopped, so what is the problem there? The anal virginity comment was gross and offensive, I admit, but nothing against the rules. It wasn't even a threat, I asked nicely.
Regarding rule (7.1.3), I only initiated once during the entire video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GK0NU3P4DAg&) [at 3:17], and even then I have him plenty of time to put his hands up, I did not just say "hands up or die", and when he lowered his arms and started walking I told him to put them back up and gave him plenty of time to do so, even implying that I didnt wan't to kill him. He then proceeded to walk away, and because Vincent decided to shoot at him, I did so too. His friend also tried to escape, for which he paid the price.

In conclusion, I think my RP was sufficient, and there were no rules broken in the process, at least by ME, so just because someone got mad at us for being dicks in ROLEPLAY, doesn't warrant a ban. Rape, murder, selling drugs, terrorism, etc. are all crimes and a part of reality that you can not ignore, and who is to say which is worse than the other? I think I deserve a second chance because I have put in countless hours into this server and would never break rules or RP poorly on purpose.
I have had so many great interactions with people and absolutely adore the meticulous weeding out of toxic idiots, strict rules and staff that keep this roleplaying community so tightly knit and disciplined.
I don't think there is another option for me regarding public roleplaying servers in Arma and I would hate to see it end like this. Thank you for understanding.

so i just will go on from were we left on the previous appeal. 
 

i appreciate the amount of effort you putt in. 
so i re watch the video. 
at 2 minutes 15 you say " be his friend or you die". This is very poor. it says in the rules try to create a interesting rp senario. 
this was not the case. 
Then at 2 minutes 44 you say " i want you anal virginity" 
that part is what most bothered me, that  you dont see this can highly offend people.
Also there are alot of people on the server that are minors. this should be common sense that this kind of rp is not acceptable. 
i want also to point out the fact that you got unbanned earlier for abusive behaviour. 
And 6 months later you a here again, 
What i also see is that you dont take responsibly for your actions, and point the finger towards your friend vincent. 
But you could easily step away or tell him. its not right what we are doing. 
My biggest problem i have right now, is trust. How can we trust you again in the future.

I wasn't trying to shift the blame towards Vincent, I'm just saying that there are things that I did that were very wrong, and there were things that Vincent did that were wrong and that they should be looked at individually and we should take responsibility for the actions that we personally did.
Vincent did not tell me to do the things I am banned for right now, only I am to blame for them.   

As for the anal virginity comment being offensive to people, I don't really believe in "being offended" or "offending" people. It's just a stupid social barrier that makes people afraid to express themselves the way they want to and encourages a "special snowflake" mentality. If the world was politically correct all of the time, the world would be a sad, dull and depressing place to live in. I think it's fair to say that most comedy TV shows or movies you love have made fun of rape or terrorism at one point. Obviously those jokes are actually funny and in good taste, not some banal outburst about sodomy, but I digress.   
Now having said that, if you tell me to stop roleplaying these subjects, I will do that in a heartbeat. I completely understand that you need to have limits as to what people can say or do in order to keep this community non-toxic, but there were no rules about not roleplaying questionable subjects at all, just not roleplaying them when people ask you not to.
I am very familiar with the rules of this server, but to be honest they do leave room for interpretation, because they are pretty vague at times. I guess I was just following my interpretation of the rules, which turned out to be wrong.

Regarding trust and how you can trust me in the future, I think there is no real way to earn it anymore. I have two offenses, both involving me acting like a bone-headed toxic moron. I have no reputation in this community because I haven't been active on the forums or had any impact on this community in general. 
Basically, you are giving a third shot to a person who has called people autistic in side chat and RP-ed like a molester. So yeah, I don't really have anything going for me.

BUT, what I do have is a will to improve and learn from my mistakes. I will give my promise that nothing like this will happen ever again and that I will think through every RP scenario and initiation from this day on. I know I fucked up. 
It might not seem like it, but I really am on my knees right now and I truly put a lot of thought and effort into this appeal and every reply. I want to show what went through my mind and why I did what I did, but also stay true to my beliefs.
On that note, I hope we can get to an agreement and I look forward to hearing from you.
