Poor RP (7.1.3) and questionable roleplay subjects (3.6).

Why should we unban you ?
I think you need to look at me and Vincent as two separate cases, because looking at the video, I really don't think my roleplay was bad. I had a long conversation with him and gave him lots of time to comply to my demands. I didn't take the "be my friend or die" sentence as intiation, it was more of a joke that really didn't mean anything and was not the reason for Keith's eventual death.
I also think that Lt. Keith was report-baiting us, because when I started talking about snapchat and instagram as a joke and in RP, he INSTANTLY STARTED MESSAGING AN ADMIN. What harm could me asking about his social media in ROLEPLAY possibly do to him?
Also, regarding the rape incident, following rule (3.6) he told me to stop and I stopped, so what is the problem there? The anal virginity comment was gross and offensive, I admit, but nothing against the rules. It wasn't even a threat, I asked nicely.
Regarding rule (7.1.3), I only initiated once during the entire video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GK0NU3P4DAg&amp [at 3:17], and even then I have him plenty of time to put his hands up, I did not just say "hands up or die", and when he lowered his arms and started walking I told him to put them back up and gave him plenty of time to do so, even implying that I didnt wan't to kill him. He then proceeded to walk away, and because Vincent decided to shoot at him, I did so too. His friend also tried to escape, for which he paid the price.

In conclusion, I think my RP was sufficient, and there were no rules broken in the process, at least by ME, so just because someone got mad at us for being dicks in ROLEPLAY, doesn't warrant a ban. Rape, murder, selling drugs, terrorism, etc. are all crimes and a part of reality that you can not ignore, and who is to say which is worse than the other? I think I deserve a second chance because I have put in countless hours into this server and would never break rules or RP poorly on purpose.
I have had so many great interactions with people and absolutely adore the meticulous weeding out of toxic idiots, strict rules and staff that keep this roleplaying community so tightly knit and disciplined.
I don't think there is another option for me regarding public roleplaying servers in Arma and I would hate to see it end like this. Thank you for understanding.

i can tell you it was horrible, Also telling the guy to bend over and then stand infornt of him making those noises? 
that was disgusting, Why would i even consider to let you back on our server?

First off, I would like to apologize for my appeal seeming so hostile and making me look like I want to prove a point or get back at the person who banned me. It's nothing like that, I just didn't have the chance to defend myself when the report was made, because I didn't see it on the forums in time, so I guess some of that just poured into my ban appeal. 

Now I very much agree that the groans and the joke about anal virginity were moronic and completely inexcusable, and I really do apologize for it, but it was seriously not something i had a long think about. It just blurted out of my mind and I did not mean to hurt anyone by doing it. We did not have this great scheme of wanting to virtually sexually assault someone to sate our sick desires or anything like that.
We found those guys in Kavala and thought we would just mess with some hobos before logging off after a long day on the server. We were very tired and because they didn't really want to roleplay with us, Vincent decided to pull a gun on them and see how the situation would end.
Honestly, if Lt. Keith and his friend were more friendly or talkative at least, none of this wouldn't have happened, but Keith decided to be rude and I just clapped back because I didn't really like his attitude (in roleplay, at least). The rape incident was just a product of my dark sense of humor and putting little to no thought to what I was saying at that point because I was tired and not in the best mood. I was basically on autopilot and willing to do whatever Vincent decided to at that point, not really paying attention to or caring what the consequences might be.

I just think that because nobody was really hurt by this incident I should not be permanently stopped from playing on this server. I understand that you guys have the ultimate power to remove basically any player from playing in this community and I should be shivering under your almighty banhammer right now and begging for mercy, but as much as I want to continue playing on your servers (which is a LOT), I just can't bring myself to admitting to something I don't believe I did wrong personally, and it might reduce my chances of getting unbanned, but I will stay true to myself. I hope you at least respect that.

If there is any way to prove that I am a good person and not some kind of virtual rapist, I would be very happy to do so. Also, no more rape roleplay, I promise. That can stay in my parents' bedroom.
And regarding the poor RP, if you could just point out what I personally did wrong while roleplaying, I would at least have something to improve on and a reason to take acting classes.

Otherwise, I guess this will be the end of something great and me and my friends will just have to go play Roblox or even go outside. 

I hope you can at least see where we are coming from and have more context to help you make the decision that you think is right.

i appreciate the amount of effort you putt in. 
so i re watch the video. 
at 2 minutes 15 you say " be his friend or you die". This is very poor. it says in the rules try to create a interesting rp senario. 
this was not the case. 
Then at 2 minutes 44 you say " i want you anal virginity" 
that part is what most bothered me, that  you dont see this can highly offend people.
Also there are alot of people on the server that are minors. this should be common sense that this kind of rp is not acceptable. 
i want also to point out the fact that you got unbanned earlier for abusive behaviour. 
And 6 months later you a here again, 
What i also see is that you dont take responsibly for your actions, and point the finger towards your friend vincent. 
But you could easily step away or tell him. its not right what we are doing. 
My biggest problem i have right now, is trust. How can we trust you again in the future.
