I was banned for telling PapaSmurfy to hang himself and also Poor Rp / I told PapaSmurfy to hang himself during a heated argument in game after combat  and i didnt mean it out of roleplay i was just heated i wasnt meaning to offend him i apologized to him after i got banned as i didnt know it offended him, I was told by creatorchris after that the RP was poor and now i know how poor the rp was, I believe it was so poor because of the way  of the way I killed clarity, i initiated the way i did becuase he was pointing a gun at me and saying dont execute my friends i was on edge so i told him to put his gun away or he will be shot and then his friend pulled his gun out so i started saying it more and then i killed him, looking back on it im sorry about what i did and would not do it like that again i would do it with much better rp and would have left the argument with papasmurfy and not said what i said.

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me because ive went so long without getting in trouble and believe i am a good member of the community and this was a one time slip up, I regret what i said to papasmurfy and have said sorry and will never do anything like this again and have never done anything like this apart from now as for the poor rp it was a really heated situation and i was not playing for a week before this and it was the worst situation for me to come back to as i didn't really know how to deal with it and looking back i could have handled it so much better like giving alot more rp or resolving / talking to the situation with clarity instead of treating his life

I understand that you were heated after an argument, but do you really think its appropriate to tell someone to "hang themselves"?  

With regards to the Poor RP, the notes state that you were just trying to instigate a gunfight.  Going forward, if you were to get unbanned, can we be sure that you'll keep yourself held to the high standards that we expect?

 
I do not think that it was a good idea to do what i did and i would never do it again, I really do regret it and like i said i had no intentions to offend papasmurfy and i can see now how inappropriate  it was. At time i did this i was not enjoying my time on my server so i wasn't being careful with what i was doing, In regards to the poor rp i understand what i did was poor and now that the UNMC has disbanded and i have became a leader and a rep for my gang i have something to look after and keep a reputation for and i plan on doing this by giving the best rp i can give every chance that i get.

Like i said i really didn't mean or think about what i was saying what so ever and severely regret it this is why when i found our papasmurfy was offend and didn't realize that i didn't mean a word i said in my argument with him, I like to be very honest and open about this but i have had two members in my family kill themselves so do you really think i would say something like that with in intent to hurt someone behind it, Like ive said i never have and never will think it is acceptable to say anything like that and i am deeply sorry to @PapaSmurphy.

Did similar in school TBH as its a big thing over here but anyways i was banned for

[SIZE=medium](1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban. [/SIZE]

(IN MY OWN WORDS) 1.3 Which is swearing at someone out of roleplay, i said what i said to papasmurfy in game but because the argument had nothing to do with any RP @CreatorChris told me it was out of RP swearing  

7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

(IN MY OWN WORDS)  7.1.3 which is killing somebody with not good or no roleplay is considered RDM/fail RP

 As far as i can tell and have been told when i asked Chris about my ban these are the rules i broke.

If we give you another chance what do you plan to do on the server seeing as things have changed somewhat since your ban?

 
I am a gang lead and a group rep of my new gang Battledroids I plan on helping my gang improve there already great reputation for roleplay, I plan on doing this by making sure that every situation I get in I give the best roleplay that I possible can. So basicly I plan on playing with my gang and giving them the best reputation possible and getting some good roleplay as a rebel with police, Civs , other rebels and not to forget the medics.

We'll give you another chance, however if you wind up here again for the same sort of thing, we won't be so lenient.

Also, if your name is brought up amongst the staff team in the future, I don't expect them to comment on you being combat orientated..
