I threatened to report a player on OOC channel

Why should we unban you ?
I had initially no idea to why I have been banned but I got word from an admin who told me that I've abused the OOC by threatening to report a player. The full story of the incident that happened was as follows: I spawned in at Pyrgos and got kidnapped by a bunch of guys from the 'kingz' group and ran away shortly after they wasn't paying attention. I met up with a friend of mine (Casper) and we were on our way to get some handguns. We then found them at the store and both of us shouted for them to put their hands up but they ran away so my friend gunned all of them down. They then spammed the OOC channel saying that we're RDM-ing and told us in voice chat that we're RDM-ing and they're going to report us. So I asked them multiple times to come to teamspeak but they didn't comply, but instead continued on spamming the OOC channel so I told them to come to Teamspeak to settle the issue or I will report them as being abusive to the OOC. I didn't mean in any way that I was going to report them for RDM/VDM or whatsoever and I did realise that it is wrong to mention anything about reporting the player. I wish that the fellow admins would give me a chance as I'm relatively new to the server and have learnt from my mistake. Thank you.

No I don't, but I got very annoyed at that time as the guy was shouting over direct comms that we're RDM-ing him and his friends so I only wanted him to come to teamspeak to discuss about the matter with us. Had I known that the chat system was moderated I wouldn't have said that in the first place and instead let the admins deal with the issue. I've also read the rules under section (2.8) but somehow misinterpreted the fact that telling people that he/she is going to be reported isn't allowed either (I thought from this sentence 'For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed.' was meant to warn us not to break RP in game over voice comms). As for the part where harsh language is used I wish to apologise and I promise that it will never happen again. I believe that it happens to most of us even in real life when people try to antangonise us and we end up saying something rude to get back to the person. 

So in conclusion, I've re-examined the rules of the server carefully and have learnt the following points:
- Any form of dispute has to be done outside of the game (teamspeak or forums)
- Always be polite to our fellow players
- Any form of threats to report the player, whether he has done wrong or not is not allowed and if the fellow player fails to comply in settling the issue in teamspeak, a report must then only be made using the Report A Player option on the website

I really hope that you would consider lifting the ban on my account as I've found this server really enjoyable to play and have made many good friends throughout these few days. Although being new to the server, I've always been friendly to my fellow players (unless in robberies where a slightly hostile RP is required) and have learnt from my mistakes quickly to prevent them from ever happening in the future again.
