because i got my old headset out that has a working microphone that i could use when playing on the server

You didn't get banned for not having a microphone however you got banned for disconnecting when you were in police custody. Please update your appeal matching the new facts.

i didnt disconnect the server restarted at that time

Could you come to teamspeak and confirm that you have a working microphone as one is required to play on our servers?
