In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I know exactly why i was banned, and although it was a stupid joke, i was on my last warning. Messing and having jokes with a medic wasnt the best idea to have whilst on a final warning.

Why should we unban you ?
Yankee was very understanding when he pulled me out for and questioned me on what happened. He did agree that he understood that it was all within a joking manor, however there was another man who saw it and was quite new to the island, and he quite rightly pointed out that not only could the players online see that i had robbed a medic for 12000, the Hobo could have watched and thought to himself that it was ok to do himself. Im asking that you guys dont take this one bad thought or wrongful joke as an overall representation of my person or character. We have had a large dispute recently, and i hope that you can see me holding up to everything i said about that into account when considering to let me fly back or keep me on the no-fly list. I really do love playing here, it has the best RP and characters ive seen anywhere before and with the new cartel, i would love to be able to get into some awesome situations with them and enjoying how the RP plays out. Hopefully see you soon, man has spuds to sell .

Why do you think we do have this protection of medics ?

The medics need to be able to do their job in order to keep the role play flowing. if they are scared of being robbed every time they leave the hospital, a whole lot of people would never get revived. having the knock on effect of not only the decreased roleplay, but some players might leave the server as a result.

What the Rule says: (2.12) NHS Medics -The NHS are here to help and revive people and have less than 10 slots on the 130 slot server. It is a bannable offence to kill a medic, take their vehicle, take them hostage or rob them. In the Redzone medics may be killed however all other rules regarding medics apply.

My interpretation: The NHS has a very limited staff, treating them as rebels or stopping them from doing their job isnt to be tolerated by the government. The Red zone, however, is still a KOS area but this doesnt mean Roleplay should be avoided when given the choice to kill a medic.

My concern is the following:

You were given a warning for Poor/Low Quality RP
You then were given another warning for being involved in a shitfest at the HM Treasury where your group attempted to interrupt at HM Treasury.

Now you've been banned for knocking out and robbing medics.

Why should we even consider unbanning you if you're just going to go down the same line as whats already occurred and end up wasting more of our time because you seem unable to follow even basic rules?

The poor / low quality RP i cant explain to you because im not sure when or occurred ( maybe it was added as part of the HM stuff?), but its not a usual thing from me. The shitfest HM was indeed a shitfest, no one really knew what was going on at the time and yes we made a huge mistake. However, where you say "knocking out and robbing medics" i feel like you've misinterpreted what has actually happened in THIS situation. im not the type of person to run around robbing medics, as explained, it was joke that was made at 5am with a medic friend, however as ive admitted it wasnt the smartest choice to make considering the whole HM show that week. As yankee said to me, i wouldnt have been banned for it, just a stern warning, had i not have been on my final warning because of the HM.

Apart from the mistakes of that week, i am an exemplary roleplayer who has smashed a lot of time and effort into not only my own character, but into bettering our gang and making it a more fun experience for everyone. i can not persuade any of you any further with pure words, youd have to watch us / me ingame or speak to the community about me. i only ask that as said, you take into considerations that the big changes i made to our gang after the HM, and how that can be used as an example of me taking criticism or bad happenings and making them better or fixing issues people have had with me/us.
