I was banned because I didn't have a microphone.

Why should we unban you ?
after my ban I went and picked up a new microphone to replace my one that wasn't working, so I now have a fully functional microphone.

Quote me the RDM rule.And explain this in your own words? 
Also why did you not listen to the staffmember, that told you you need a mic to play.

Count downs are not considered quality role play, please at least attempt to create an interesting role play story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]MY OWN WORDS: this rule basically states that i am not allowed to engage in any form of combat without a sufficient form of roleplay that lead up to that specific form of combat, that being said a count down is not a sufficient form of role play. i understand this rule fully and have read over it since my ban to ensure that i understand fully how to avoid an RDM situation in the future, as well as revising some forms of roleplay that i could use in certain situations.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]LOGGING BACK ON AFTER WARNING: Also regarding me logging on again after being warned, this was to simply try and see if any of my other microphones that i have lying about worked whilst also getting a few things purchased and stored away in game before i knew i had to come off. i sincerely apologised that i ignored the warning, i was just trying to see if i could get a microphone to work as its a server that me and all my friends play on so i desperately want to re-gain access as its probably the server i enjoy most on Arma 3 right now, sorry again and i hope this fully explains my situation.[/SIZE]
