RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

Why should we unban you.
You should unban me because I was unfairly banned with no warning, just an instant perma ban. The staff member that banned me was the guy involved in the insident and did not report me or tell me to come onto TS. I think this is admin abuse and i should have been given a temp ban or talking to.

We pulled up next to you and your friend since you had illegal firearms out and before we could get out and say anything, you'd shot and killed 2 of us. There were no cops in the area so you had no reason to shoot at us. I fail to see how you were unfairly banned since you killed police with no roleplay initiated which is RDM, you should've read the rules beforehand and admitted to breaking them before blaming it on "admin abuse".

All bans are permanent when you break the rules, it's your job to make sure you understand them to avoid ruining other people's experience.

When the three officers drifted there car next to us and then jumped out the car, then shouted "drop your weapons" (with lethal weapons pointed at us). I opened fire I understand now that this is against the rules and that I should have spoke back to the officers.

I have to play on and off because of many reasons and the rules had changed since I was last on. the rules used to be if you were in a gang and officers started conflict you could open fire. I have played on and off for around two years now on your server and have never been kicked or banned, this should show that I'm not a player that is set out to cause trouble.

My first post was not me angry, I just can not express this in a message. what i meant by admin abuse was if there was not an admin involved I would have been reported and I would have a say in the process.

That is because we proof from the person reporting to see weather they are right, an admin does not need to go through the report a play due to the fact that they are a trusted member of the community and have been given this position to do so. but you are always able to post an appeal against the ban if it was an accident or you are sorry for what you have done and will improve. From what @Remix is saying they did not say anything, are you sure you heard them say anything or just felt like shot first talk later?

@Gregoryyes me and my friend, that also got banned, heard one of the officers say 'drop your guns'. it my not have been remix but 100% one of them said it.

I have talked to remix and he is saying that they may have said something through direct but not "put your guns down, and you may have just presumed they said it, Even if this was the case, it is still quite poor RP. If you were going to be in this situation again, how would you go about it?

@Gregory I would RP towards the players. for example, "we will shoot" or "ok, ok don't shoot" and then see how the situation progressed staying in a role.
