In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I didn't realise it was for that, but this situation can be explained, I was heading towards the Iron Mine when this technical sped round the corner and rammed me, both the driver and gunner died and I waited a second, I was in desperate need of money so i thought i would take it to the chop shop ( not realising i wouldn't be able to sell it ) so I picked up the drivers gun and lock picked it. I was heading back up the road when a guy in an off road attempted to hit me, i knew it was the original owner because instead of fixing his vehicle he ran over to me, and was able to unlock the vehicle, so I tell him to leave or i'd shoot him, he ignores me and doesn't speak, then unlocks it and gets on the gun, so I shoot him because it was obvious what he was trying to do. This may have been when both the driver and gunner will have complained just so they could get their beloved technical back. I make it to the chop shop only to realise i couldn't sell it and when a random hobo ran up to me, we talked for a bit and he asked if i could give him a lift, so we drove off. Nobody was killed or disturbed as we had no intention of doing so. Further up the road we passed a cop and I slightly bricked it knowing he was going to turn around and possibly shoot on site due to having the armed off road. I then crashed into the barrier on the bridge thus causing us to block the bridge, neither me or the hobo had a repair kit and we saw the police car heading back to us, when the hobo opened fire I only had about half a magazine so I just fired at the car as well, other than possibly killing a cop, there was no other killing or harassing of players.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because I did honestly love playing on ALUK, and this occurrence was simply down to tiredness, stupidity and lack of luck. I never had an intention of picking up a hobo and killing cops, I just wanted to make a bit of money by selling the off road as I'd already been robbed of my iron run, and they sold my tempest, then my helicopter, I was pretty much out of money and was desperate.
