In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I have been banned because I made up a report on Raigon, because I heard no initiation and got killed by him. On my video you saw me being in a gunfight with a person and a random hobo ran in the firefight after changing positions. After I drove away I parked my vehicle and got back out with my gun, I killed the guy who I was in a firefight with, but the hobo got caught in crossfire and I killed him. At that point I was filled with adrenaline and I did not notice I executed the hobo instead of the rebel shooting at me. I only noticed that afterwards while looking back at the recording and apologized to him and I was willing to compensate. I wrote this on my report:
- I even hit a civilian in crossfire, but the adrenaline was overtaking me and therefore I executed the wrong person and I did not notice, but I did after looking up my recording. I did not talk to this person, and would like to compensate him for his loss.
During the report Miller responded and said this:
Concerning the part where crossfire happebd
I am the civillian that got shot and executed.
I do not request a compensation for my losses, it was my own fault that I walked near the gunfire.

I do totally understand that it was RDM and poor roleplay but I think I put enough effort into resolving it with the gentleman, but Kieran Rhead his final decision was clear. I RDMed and poor roleplayed on him, and therefore I am banned. I have talked with Kieran and showed him screenshots of me attempting to solve it with this gentleman in any way possible.
Now, there is one topic left. I have been banned for baiting. I am clearly aware of what 'baiting' means and I have the rules right here with me.
(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.
Kieran Rhead banned me for baiting because I drove away after police initiated on me. I did NOT hear the police and therefore I returned and I was willing to talk with the police. In the meanwhile Raigon was aiming a gun towards me all the way from the church. That's why I unholstered my weapon and started talking with a firearms towards the police. While attempting to talk with the officer Raigon still kept his gun aiming at me and I asked if we could talk just around the corner, that's why I went inside of my vehicle driving off. No, I did not mean to bait. I was just willing to talk and explain what happened at the prior church situation.
I hope my side is clear enough and should be taken into consideration.
