In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for RDM a guy that lock picked my car , I asked his forgiveness and he wanted to solve things out on teamspeak .
For some reason i wasn't able to join the teamspeak in that time and i explained it to the guy and told him that i will accept the punishment unfortunately.
At the same month i was drafted for the army for almost a year so i didn't have time to discuss this subject.

Why should we unban you ?
Now i'm still in the army but have more time to play so i want to come back and play with my friends on this server.
I understood my mistake right after the incident but i didn't had any time to discuss it.
Im a mature guy that his only intention is to have fun on your server, and didnt meant to harm/annoy any one.

Iv'e read the rules and especially the RDM rule 

Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM

I did not engaged the person in any form of role play and i just paniced and shoot him on the spot ,i promise this kind of things wont happen ever again and im very sorry and the person i RDMed know it as he wrote in my ban appeal.

You were banned again for a rule break within a week or 2 of being banned for another one. You clearly didn't take what was said on that appeal serious enough. I can appreciate the effort you have put into this appeal but waiting nearly a year before appealing doesn't detract from the fact that you demonstrated a disregard for our rules.
