I honestly cannot say.

I had asked multiple times for clarification of what the ban was triggered by but didn't get any response to the question. All I can say with certainty is I was 1D banned because an admin didn't like that I was "Demanding Bans" in his own words and that my attitude was in his opinion "Toxic and Disgusting".

Why should we unban you.
As I don't really have much information on the actual ban as the banning admin refused to comment I can't really put forth a reasonable argument to defend myself. If possible I would please like for the banning admin to provide more information.

What I can say is that I nowhere demanded that a ban be applied, I simply requested a ban be applied as a last resort due to my interaction being so unpleasant with the people involved that I refused to waste more of my time dealing with them. The ban was requested on the grounds that according to the rules, Killing in the Kavala Green Zone is a bannable offense and the person did it twice and attempted to kill others. As was pointed out, I was curious as to why a request was thrown out of the window just because I didn't hop on teamspeak to be yelled at some more so I made a thread asking who would be the best person to contact with information regarding these kinds of issues and if applicable at the end submit a complaint.

As for my attitude being disgusting and toxic, I can't really defend myself against an accusation like that. I feel that I was perfectly cordial and polite and I was polite in requesting information and thanking people for their replies. I do not feel that my attitude was in any way unreasonable, toxic or otherwise.

So until I receive more information I can't really provide anymore information regarding this. If an admin has some free time I would very much appreciate someone investigating this to provide me with more information.

In my opinion when you said "I want them banned" to me I interpret that as a demand. Fact is the report you posted didn't have sufficient evidence and Crumble said he forgot to say that was the other reason why he denied it. Every player has seen that you reported a player, saw that you were looking to get them banned, even when the player admitted his mistake and tried to make it right. Technically he didn't have to make it right, as there was not enough evidence to have him banned. 

Rule violations such as blatant hacking and exploiting/glitching/combat logging we don't expect people to resolve, but things like RDM if you just ask to talk to the player, they most of the time will say Yes or No. If they say no, and you have evidence, you then report it.

Players refer to this as "Reportplaying" as in playing to get people banned. It gives you a bad reputation, and  if you have a bad reputation players will not want to roleplay with you. You will be treated as a pariah in game, and people will give you bare minimum roleplay. As you can see from your thread, every other player that posted has actually agreed against you.

Onto your ban, a senior admin felt that you wanting to complain about an admin decision was disrupting to the community. If a staff member conducts legtimate misconduct, we will take action. But your question in everyones eyes pretty much showed "I didn't like his decision, hes a bad admin."

Rule you were banned under:

You accuse an admin of misconduct and unprofessional. You pretty much slandered him in my opinion, when everyone agrees he just did his job.

If you want to be unbanned, you may be unbanned, however I moving forward, do you understand how our community works here now?

I can assure you, It wasn't a demand just a request.

As for my report content, Other people were planning on posting in the report with additional evidence before it was closed. Including screenshots of them admitting in side chat to shooting up the Kavala Green Zone. That is partly one of the main reasons why I was concerned that the thread was closed so quickly and why I was honestly surprised enough to want to talk to a Headmin because to me it just seemed like the situation wasn't even considered.

I feel like I'm going around in circles but I had spoken to the players. They just laughed and told me to stop crying, repeating things such as "You got merced kid". There were screenshots of that provided which is why I felt that was sufficient evidence to make the report.

I can also assure you I was not ReportPlaying. I was meerly minding my own business in the Kavala Safe Zone when I got killed without a word, the car I was driving stolen and then proceeded to get screamed at, insulted and just generally laughed at for around 20-30 minutes. The players expressed zero remorse, claiming their actions were justified and their conduct was so unpleasant that I couldn't be bothered wasting more of my time getting insulted and yelled at on teamspeak.

In the context of my ban, as explained above. I was concerned that the report was closed extremely quickly before other members had a chance to post their evidence and testimonies to backup the claim.

I'm still not at all certain what was expected of me in terms of resolving the issue, No one has really been able to explain what I'm meant to do with people whose sole interaction involved trolling, insults, screaming and steadfast justification of their actions. I understand WHY you are expected to resolve these situations before making a report because usually it's just a case of apologizing and moving on instead of everyone asking for people to get banned left right and center. I just don't get in this particular instance if I was expected to waste 30 minutes more of my time getting insulted and getting absolutely nowhere. I could lie and just agree with you and fake understanding to get a ban lifted but I feel it's better to be honest and try to gain a better understanding of the mindset behind this. If you could explain this to me I would be appreciative.

It was not my intention to slander and I do not feel that I did, I wanted to voice my concerns over how the issue was handled to a senior admin as at the time I felt it was unfair to close the thread that quickly and with such little feedback. Again I have to voice my concern over the purpose of being forced to go on teamspeak to get trolled and screamed at just to be able to tick a box, but I understand the concept and purpose of that procedure in general.

I profess while I understand how the community works, I do not understand why. I guess I'll just have to try to adjust to the mindset once it is explained to me. Again, I'm not going to lie just to get a server ban lifted. Better to be honest when I don't understand.

I'll help you understand 

RDM reports usually require video evidence. Screenshots can't really cut it. If you see a player break a rule, or kill you/rob you/etc.. when you feel its a rule violation, we ask that you try to talk to them first. 90% of the RDM accusations on this server are solved by talking it out with a player. For examples sometimes they may have initiated, and you could not have heard it. Or they were in a different chat channel. We want players to try and talk it out first when it may be questionable. Reporting a player overall, the true purpose is for the staff team to determine if a rule violation occurred and if the player should be banned. It's not for players to ban other players, it more of "I saw them break a rule, I tried to tell them it was wrong and resolve it, but they ignored me/cursed at me/etc..."

As far as the player admitting they did it, I believe in fair and due process. If a player admits he did wrong, unless it's something blatant such as hacking/money duping, without sufficient evidence even with his "admission" I would not issue a ban, because he didn't have to say anything. 

Unbanned, going forward I recommend you get to learn the community a little better.
