In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me, Laurits and Dakota (+another guy that didn't get banned) were kidnapping a person close to the garage. We ziptie him and put him in Dakotas truck.
The police show up and ask what we were doing.
The hostage got pulled out of the car. And we jump in and start driving.
The police then say "Stop or your tires will be shot".
We then get a bit away from the police when they suddenly show up.
We all agreed that Laurits and I should fire warning shots at the police car. so we did.. around 30
some of them hit the police officers but mostly missed.
We didn't stop the car and told the police to not chase us.
Bad move from our side.

We later changed driver ( so I drove) the police then show up again and Dakota kills one of them. and Admin then deletes our car and tell us it was rulebreaking -or he told Dakota
With no car start walking to Agios to get a van. The police show up and it ends in a big gunfight

Why should we unban you ?
That's the big question. I have been banned before... so the second chance doesn't get me far.
I would say I should be unbanned because:
In the "at what point can shoot someone" post, it states that you should try and make a situation as realistic as possible. Now we were all wanted so I my opinion we couldn't just stop the car and start talking to them (I doubt a criminal would do that).
But we had an unfair advantage -we could shot them while driving.

I was pretty caught up in the moment since I have never been in such a car-chase before.

I'm currently running for mayor (again) and have had some awesome times with Pupss, WoengChang (or whatever he is called) and many more. I also run a gun dealership in Kavala, and recently started a background-check business. I invite strangers into the bank in Kavala and comes up with a bullshit story like: "Oh, You're wanted... I see. (a random guess) well, I can see that you killed a rabbit... please explain. (they answer) oh, well I will be giving you a 7 £ ticket..." It was a lot of great RP... I remember one guy gave me a breathalyzer and said I should test my self... hilarious.

I never leave my RP-role... as a businessman that really wants to make money... but is horrible at it.
It was a mistake but of course, my last ban(s) won't help my reputation.
I have played like 50 hours the past 2 weeks on the server. I love that's so easy to make new friends... and I think this ban showed me to completely drop using weapons until totally necessary.

Now I will save some time and in my own words explain the rules I broke:
2.2- RDM Shooting at someone whether or not it's lethal. without engaging in high roleplay. the same goes for executing... unless you both were engaged in a gunfight.

I also want to say that after we got arrested.. we had a great time at the prison.
And I hope that it wasn't a horrible experience for the 2 police officers.

As you've stated that you were banned only a couple of months ago for a serious offence, I am surprised to see you here again so soon, if not at all.

To quote myself on your last appeal

Granted this is a difference offence, it is still a rulebreak nonetheless. Do you feel as though you fully understand our rules and can abide by them?

I fully understand the rules. I also make sure all of the people I meet and play with knows the rules.

But sometimes you come in situations that involves hard decisions. And I think this taught me to really only use my weapons as a last result.

I only really shot at the policecar because we were in a car chase... and they have said "stop or your tires will be shot" but I didn't know that they had to shoot... I now know that you can't do that.

even though 4 very wanted criminals didn't want to go to jail.

I also reread the rules for my 4th time or so.

 Well, how can you make sure anyone won't break ANY rules again... I have a bigger understanding of the rules now. I won't play with people that don't know the rules. I won't use my gun... unless totally necessary and I'll never shoot before talking. I only really broke the RDM-rule because I wasn't entirely sure of whether or not I could shoot them after they threatened to shoot us. This will never happen again. I'll do my best
