In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got RDM:ed and i thought i had a recording of it all, so i said In sidechat that the player in question RDM:ed me and that we should talk in ts because i wanted to report him for RDM.
Immediately after i stated that i wanted to report him i got threaten about being reported too, because it was against the rules to threaten to report. At this time he did not know if i had proof or not......... However unfortunately i did not get the footage, which is why i did not fill out a report, because i dont' have any evidence of what happened, and i knew there was no way to make something hapen in this case. And i didn't see him wanna talk on ts, if he did i went of the game to check if i got the footage, so i might have missed it, but i was on TS the whole time i was playing and a fair amount of time after the incident, but he did not contact me there either.
Why should we unban you ?
My intentions was not to unlawfully threaten anyone with a report if i didn't think i had a reason or had materials to back me up. Unfortunately i spoke too soon this time as i had been RDM:ed 1 time before on the same day and was sick of people breaking that rule.
By speaking too soon and not checking if i had the proof first i myself broke a rule, because i was not 100% sure i could prove what i stated. This is a honest misfortune on my part as i wanted to make a report. For speaking to early i'm Very sorry and I have realized how wrong i was myself. I myself got as bad as the person i wanted to report because of this, and I actually got sad when i got this ban because i only wanted to do good for the community. But they say that the best way to change others is to change yourself, and I will follow the rules myself. I have already studied the rules over again several times, and i have made myself a promice to repeatedly look over the rules so this never happens again, because this was an honest mistake from my part.
I love this community and therefore i got this frustrated when i saw this rule being broken that i got out of hand. I wan it to be a kind and nice community. I was even working as a ARAC at the time this took place, which to me shows I want to be a part of this nice community and i'm trying to contribute to it. Unfortunately i often feel unfairly treated and approached by other players.
I must say however, as this might be the only chance for me to speak, that i find it strange not to find any forms here on the forums about the report.
As you type in the Despute a ban rules: Bans are handled on the forums, not teamspeak, status updates, or private messages. If you do not go through the proper channels, you will not be unbanned. Also in the Report a Player rules, it is mentioned several times that a report should be through community WITH PROOF. Where is the evidence against me? Because I have already been banned?
