In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for RDM/Poor roleplay 2.2 (rdm is where you shoot at someone with bad or near to no roleplay) What happened was me and this guy ( I've forgot his name now) were just talking in kavala then this guy called GraiinDer Bieber came up to us and started being racist shouting kkk clan and fuck niggers, me being mixed raced I took offense very quickly to this and said to him do you wanna come in my car for a chat. I then took him to the castle in kavala and told him to get out, I said I was going to publicly execute him ( I wasn't actually going to execute him) I was expecting him to be like I'm sorry for being racist and stuff then I was gonna leave it at that, But then he hopped in my car and started driving away and I said *Get out the car or you will be shot* then I shot him.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because this guy was trolling and really trying to get under mine and my newly found friends skin by shouting racist remarks at us both and because I took offence to this I really wanted to kill him and unfortunately I lowered my standard of roleplay to this just to get what my anger was craving.
I know what I'm meant to do in that situation I should've of said * Get out the car with your hands up or I will be forced to fire upon the cars tires* and not jump on killing him straight away I know this isn't a excuse my I take racism very seriously and when someone does it purposely it really annoys me and pumps me up.
But if this situation happens again I will now know to just get it on record and report and not to try to sort it out in game and just let the admins deal with it because they have the power.

if a other player breaks rules, does it then justify that you start breaking rules? 
Also a couple hours prior of your ban, i was on a medic patrol. And you revived couple of your friend and a gangmember with ZERO roleplay. 
Any care to explain that aswell?

No just because he broke a rule doesn't give me a right to break the rule but I just let my emotion's get the better of me and I just wanted to retaliate and I now know that the right thing to do is to just walk away be the bigger person and contact a admin and show them the recording.

When I was a medic I logged on and saw that there was only 5-10 minutes left until the server restarted I was just gonna log off and wait until restart to log on as a medic again but then I saw 3 people 1 being and ally and 1 being a gang member and the last being a random I didn't revive them with zero roleplay on purpose I reived them with zero roleplay because I thought I wouldn't get them all up in time before the server restarted ( I've had problems with this before people dying because of restart when I'm medic also me when I'm down just before restart)

Yes I'm learning from the past after that ban I joined the NHS to improve my roleplay and I was going to join the police to expand my roleplay further but then I realised that you can't do illegal things while your a officer. As for me joining the Nhs I think it has really made my roleplay better and I try to implement this in when I log on as a rebel.

As for this ban I think it was a lot of things coming together I'm not one for excuses but the guy was being racist and I hadn't played for 2-3 weeks so these things put together lowered my roleplay. However I will never let this happen again if I ever take a break I will be sure to re-read the rules in detail before joining the server and also think before I do things in this case I should of not shot straight away I should have gone for the tires first.

Furthermore you actually said 'Out the car or dead' which is arguably even worse RP than what you said you stated. You left it for a second before shooting him. I'm also not sure not playing for a few weeks constitutes a complete lack of basic understanding of roleplay.

Yes I know I didn't revive them with roleplay but I've had so many situations where they or I don't get revived in time and I think it is the right thing to do. Also if this is the case I will try to carry on the roleplay after restart and take them to the hostpital to see what happened and continue the roleplay from there.

From this situation/ban I have learnt a lot 

Firstly: Give better initiation because if not it ruins roleplay and everyone involved experience and it also allows them to roleplay back and make fun and exciting roleplay.

Secondly: Give people more time before shooting ( if the roleplay is good enough of course) and don't just shoot straight away go for the times then ask them to get out so you can expand the roleplay and make a good/ fun situation for everyone involved.

Also from this whole situation I have learnt not to lash out and when someone is breaking rules/offending someone you should leave it to the admins and just walk away instead of taking it in to your own hands and ruining it for yourself.
