In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because my vehicle collided with another player. In the rules it is stated that you are not allowed to use your vehicle to run over players. An admin was present at the scene where the VDM occurred and that is why I was banned.

Why should we unban you ?
I did not VDM on purpose and was unaware of the police officer's presence. I tried to drive through the middle of the road as there were vehicles and players on either side. It was also night time on the server which hindered my visibility. If I would have remembered to put my headlights on this would have all been avoided. After I returned from being AFK I completely forgot to do this and proceeded to pick up my friend. It was not intentional and I can understand how this would have looked from another perspective, but thankfully I was recording my game play so you are able to see how it unfolded: https://sendvid.com/xshoa5zb or https://vimeo.com/166276185

You did the same thing twice within 5 mins without even the decency of getting out and saying sorry. 

 
If I recall correctly the first time, which most definitely was not 5 minutes earlier, was because a cop was running in the road. It's not like I'm intentionally running people down. You surely must appreciate that your server has desync quite often. Countless times I've seen people sliding across the road and it's hard to avoid them. And you are right, I did not get out to apologise because the cops put their siren on and pursued me directly after. If you're honestly going to ban me for unfortunate circumstances then so be it. Today was the first day I had played on the server in a while. I even re-read the most important rules to see if they had changed. And then this happens.

 
The same group of people were at the other side of the market. You hit them just before you went afk in that spot. It was EXACTLY the same thing which I only forgive once.

You make it sound like I hit the entire group and took them all out. The first time was just an officer running in the road if I recall correctly? And the second one was a guy sat next to a go kart, in the dark, in the middle of the road. As you can see from the video, it was not intentional. Also, why was the scene not moved somewhere other than a road?

 
So you can whole heartedly say that you haven't accidentally hit 2 people ever? Because according to you, accidents don't happen twice.

 
Oh I have done it loads on our server. The difference is I always get out and say sorry even if it's not my fault. 

 
So how can I right this wrong? I know the name of the second person. Do you happen to know the name of the first? I wish to apologise to them 

 
Tell us what you would do if you accidentally VDMed someone..
