In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was bleeding out on the floor, then i got kicked for some reason by the game so i rejoined and realisesed my stuff had gone bare in mind there was a medic 300m from me and getting closer so i tried to contact admin ingame 3/4 times asking to reimburse my items, even a no would of been acceptable but yet i had no response whatsoever, so i tried to get their attention by saying they are 'useless cunts'. Loan behold i get banned for saying that, therefore that surely means Mattch was ignoring me on purpose which isnt ideal traits for a admin of a very popular server.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I obey all the rules and conduct high quality RP and this situation only occurred in the first place due to circumstances beyond my control, i hoped to get a response from a admin but i got nothing, im sorry for the strongly worded comment, i have nothing personal against any of the admins/Mattch but in the heat of the moment i was already frustrated and the lack of a response tipped me over the edge and even a no would of been acceptable but he completely blanked me which rubs salt into the wound so to speak. I would high appreciate a second chance, i never wanted this situation to occur in the first place, i was just going about my business, sticking to the rules and the server crashed at a really bad time. I understand things like this happen however an attempt to resolve it by an admin is surely a far better approach then completelely ignoring someone asking for help but then on the other hand being happy to immediate ban the person for criticising them. i accept i am in the wrong here and for that reason i would like to make a loud and clear apology to anyone offended by my comment, its really nothing personal i was just annoyed at the time and this was the final straw. Right, so the fact that the staff member was busy either playing on the server and enjoying their time off of duties like any normal member of the community means that they are still 100% obliged to help you in-game? Or they were busy dealing with other people that requested assistance/ stopping rulebreakers by spectating situations so that YOU and everyone else can have a good time means that they were PURPOSELY ignoring you? Are you not aware that we have a teamspeak server with a dedicated section for supporting our members?

Of course you'll get banned for that. You're insulting the entire team of volunteers we have here simply because you didn't get seen to?

That's not criticism that's outright insulting. That's going to stick out like a sore thumb in the admin messages and is of course going to lead to your ban. Anything to say?

 
Okay i realise and regret the comment i made, but it was based on the fact that also other people told me, the admin are active but rarely respond to people asking for reimbursements for their lost gear and thats why i was so quick to judge but you changed my perception on things and i once again do apologise for saying what i did and regret it deeply, i understand the admin are busy and i should be patient and wait for their response and by the way i would of gone on teamspeak but theirs this 'security level' thing that wont ever load which is prohibiting me from entering the chat. i once again apologise for being so quick to judge and know now i should be more patient and learn to control my anger wisely.

That's because we don't do "compensation" in-game. We process that on the forums, provided you have evidence.

You need to wait 10-15 minutes for it to up your security level.

What are the lessons to be learnt here? Are you willing to follow the server rules going forward?

 
i have indeed learnt my lesson and i hands down admit my mistakes and going forward i will indeed follow the server rules and will 100% respect the admin as they should be respected. 

One quick question: Where can i apply for reimbursements of gear?

 
I think the thing we need to take away from this is use the proper channels and be patient. I'm sure I speak on the half of the staff team when I say we don't come on to get abused, we're not paid and we put a lot of time into helping keep the server moving. In 6 minutes, you went from:

However you have apologised for your actions and as long as you don't do this in future I see no reason why you can't go back to enjoying the server.
